Though if you want to get on technical terms, Jhin is probably a secondary psychopath, not a primary one that most people are knowledgeable of, and there is debate if secondary psychopath is just a variant of sociopathy regardless.

TL;DR:
Hunt of the Blood Moon is our take on the classic Assassin Power Fantasy, compressed into a mode. Two teams of Assassins compete, sacrificing the opposition in an attempt to secure the Blood Moon’s blessing and briefly gain the power of a demon. The team most successful in gaining said favor wins!
Players: 5v5
Map: Summoner’s Rift
Mode Type: Blind Pick, with Champion Restrictions.
Game Flow/ Mechanics:
First team to obtain 300 points wins.
Earn points in 3 ways: Sacrificing Enemy Champions, Enemy Spirits, and Demon Heralds.
Enemy Champions are… fairly straightforward Find them, make them “Less alive”, and secure favor for your team (5, specifically)
Spirits of the Blood Moon will passively filter into both teams jungles. Hunt down the enemy team’s spirits and sacrifice them as well (3 pts)
Demon Heralds will periodically spawn in both. …Sacrifice them as well, and secure a grand total of 30 points.
If you are able to defeat 3 enemies without returning to base (see: “Wussing out”) or dying you’ll briefly gain the power of a demon, turning invisible and running very (very) fast for the duration.
The demon brand will break when you deal damage (or after 45 seconds), instantly doing 20% of the first target’s maximum health in true damage.

Anyways how's lethality on jhin now? I even forgot what that build was about already, I just tried building him like old crit, but with youmuus rush instead of er rush, and lethality runes, worked wonders but eh I dunno I think it would've been ever better with just the runes. It's just that most lethality items seem underwhelming considering how crits give you movement speed (and how they tear squishies apart), and if you swap out just one item more in favor of assassins items your crits become almost non-existant outside of 4th shot. Or you could cut lifesteal and situational item but fuck that. What's the perfect balance between lethality and crit, so to speak?
Btw I highly recommend running lethality runes on anyone who shits out phys dmg. It's only worse than ad before first back, which is barely noticeable if you get used to csing and not participating in unfavourable trades, then it feels awesome no matter how late it gets. Even without any arpen items. I didn't do any math on this though, that's why I wanted to fire up the practice mode.

Fuck lethality for solo queue imo. Crit just gives you more opportunities to kite out those retards that dive you and you can get lucky and 2 shot squishies and clean up the teamfight. Also great for poking with RFC. Absolute sex to just crit someone with RFC passive from a mile away, root then with W and then crit them once more or ult.

Lethality is better for coordinated settings since you will have more uptime on targets and benefit from the higher sustained damage of lethality.

try using a different lock mode. i like using semi-locked during the laning phase, switching it off when i reach 6 and have a global ult (jinx, ashe, tf for example). it lets you focus on the area around you instead of just your character.

i main adc though, and my experience might not be 100% correlative to yours.

when i play ahri/swain/tf mid or top though i always play it unlocked. as poppy i noticed it actually causes some pretty intense issues with movement.

I always thought that crit gives more sustained dmg but begins to shine after about 3rd item. Well anyway main question is the runes. Crit dmg seems kinda underwhelming and they begin to matter only when you've built crit which is midgame-upwards. Crit chance is meh, crit build always gets 70% through items and sometimes can build another zeal depending on enemy comp which nets 100%. Ad gives easier cs and better trades early, but falls off pretty quickly, even while stacking with passive. I've been running lethality runes for a week or two now and dmg increase is real on all stages of the game but very early, I'm 90% sure even with just bf you'll get more dmg on enemy champ when compared to ad runes, with completed first item I'm 100% sure, and the later it gets the better it becomes, not just because of how arpen grows with enemy level, it's mainly because it's percentile increase to your output vs that flat ad which is pathetic in late even coupled with passive.

I'm in the same boat man and I don't think ad runes is worth it on adc unless you're challenger or something and your laning phase depends on whoever gets longsword-and-a-half of ad first rather than who makes more dumb mistakes or what kind of a shitter sup you get. Because number-wise lethality is all-around better after some gold. Lethality mf is still meta ever since that korean arpen lucian build began to meme up, even after the arpen rework, it's alive all this time. Though she's more of a sup now, but when you take her adc you can and probably should build lethality because of mad laning Q abuse, mad atk speed steroid on W, mad passive, mad ult.
For other champions it's just my guess but I probably won't be taking ad runes on adc anymore.
