Atlantiss.eu is the best Cataclysm server out there. Currently in 4.2 content, fully scripted and steady population (around 1.7k on weekdays, over 2k on weekends). Server is blizzlike, but you can use RaF to level at 4x rates from 1-80.

The guild is <wpsg>, level 18, if anyone needs invite, gold, bags etc just reply to this post! Currently awaiting more players to initiate a full revival.
