He's the only defence hero that is both:

a) good
b) able to actually hold down a point like defence heroes are supposed to

He rapes tanks when used properly, he can create widespread area denial which makes it possible for other DPS to move freely, is better than Sombra at trapping health kits, has great mobility, and is the best hero for dealing damage around corners so while the rest of you fuckers are trying to whittle down a Roadhog backed by an Ana, I've mine jumped behind them both and killed the Ana without even looking at her.

Mostly correct. Rien needs to be less essential either through better checks or a weaker shield. Zarya should have longer lasting shields that are weaker so it's less of an invincibility shield. Hog is fine it's just his shit hook that needs fixing.

Winston is so trash and his damage is so poor that it's very difficult in practical terms to pin the trigger on a support for 4-6 seconds even if they are alone. Just about everything can 1v1 you. Lucio passive heals nullify you. Every DPS character can deal with you. You threaten absolutely no one even if they're caught out.

His damage is bad. His bubble is bad. His ultimate is extremely situational. His leap is not good enough to carry this character to viability.

They still need to fix hacked enemies randomly being able to use some shit while others don't. Make being hacked like actually scary. No abilities (even passive ones) can be used. Hacking prevents ult usages and also cancels ultimates in progress.
