I was confused over the dlc stuff for T7, here's what I got if you are confused as well:

PS4 exclusive: (3?) costumes from T2/T4, Jukebox Mode (Tekken Tunes)
Preorder: Eliza, Tekken 6 for 360/Xbone, PS4 theme (digital preorder)
Deluxe: Season pass
Season pass: "three TEKKEN 7 content packs sold separately, at a 17% discount", includes characters, stages, new game mode, costumes, "bonus Metallic Costume Pack"
Collector's edition: deluxe edition (apparently), statue, ost, steelbook

T7 is 50€, Deluxe 75€, Collector's 150€. The deluxe is 25€ more expensive than the regular game. 30€ with a 17% discount happens to be 25€, so I'm assuming that's the price of the season pass on its own. The 'two additional playable characters' stuff isn't mentioned on their own store so I'm not sure what to make of it. At 30€ you'd hope for more characters, and Markman already said on twitter that not everything's been revealed yet.

Just read about the new version. 1 new character and assist, and now every assist can be picked regardless of character. Wake up reduced by 5 frames. Dash speed is faster. Hougeki combo has indicators for amount of floor bounces and wall bounds left. Rising jump attacks are crouch guarded. Something about throws not working if opponent inputs a command? It's a fuckton of memorization. Your first 1000 matches are going to be random as hell because you aren't going to know which of your opponent's hundred moves are safe and which ones aren't, and which strings can be followed up with mids or lows. Basic concepts of spacing and whiff punishing carry over, but a lot of your matches are going to be you and your opponent hitting eachother with moves you've never seen before and everything getting punished with 1,1,2 instead of full combos.

I think it has a lot to do with how defense works.

In sfv, if my opponent is better than me, I'm being pressured and getting flustered. I don't feel like I can do anything to turn the game around, usually because I cant see opportunities quickly enough to take them.

In gg, when I must be defensive I feel like im holding my own even if im losing. Even if the mechanics are more complicated I feel like I can take advantage of them to change the momentum of a match, even if briefly, against a better opponent.

Her damage was actually pretty high in tekken rev. Especially with a wall and her wall carry was good overall. Don't know how much she could do without stat increases, but with max attack she could do almost a whole bar if you carried to wall. Every match I had with her I could win off 2 juggles even if they had like 100 points in health stats. She could even do like one and a half bars if you had rage, hit every critical and the wall.

I've been playing Urien since he came out in S1, and I've been doing fairly well with him. Though, I don't know if I'm getting wins just because the character is obscenely good or I've just been getting better with him. I messed around with Rog/Alex/Bison prior. And now I'm trying to pick up Akuma but it's oddly difficult for me to play motion. Anyone got any advice? I want to stick with Urien but the whole free wins because the character is unbalanced is really unsatisfying.
