Yes, Triss is a man who uses his magic to make himself appear like woman. Only problem is that he is a terrible mage and that’s why he looks so fucking hideous. As we already know Triss is allergic to potions & elixirs with magical components. That’s why he can’t make a "natural" and permanent transition from mtf, so he relies completely on magic. And that’s how he was able to survive so long in Novigrad. Whenever he went out he just stopped using his magic and used his natural appearance instead. The Witch Hunters just saw an ugly faggot in women’s clothes. He hated every second of it and that is the reason why he hates the Witch Hunters and Radovid so much. Weren’t you surprised that Triss suggested to go to the Witch Hunter headquarters? He wanted redemption for the humiliating reminder that he’s an obese (male) degenerate. Also, didn’t you wonder how he freed himself when he got tortured? The dimeritium shackles which he brought with him were obviously fake and when he got shackled to that torture device his magic began slowly to fade away. After that he got his 400-pound physique back and the shackles began to break. This is how he freed himself.

He knew that he had to escape Novigrad in order to keep up the charade. He was able to plan the escape and lead the other mages out of Novigrad because of the fact that he’s a man. In such a situation, any woman would get busted and break under the pressure.

Everything leads to the fact that he is actually a man.

Triss never cheated on Geralt and she never slept with Lambert. At the beginning of TW1 Salamandra steals witcher secrets. To complete the task of recovering them more efficiently Geralt, Eskel and Lambert all head to different parts of the North to look for info about Salamandra. Geralt heads to Vizima, Triss also heads there, while Lambert sets for Kaedwen. Lambert is not even in Vizima, and he would never delay or prolong his trip, risking witcher secrets just so he can have sex with Triss, who he never had a particularly good relationship with anyway.

The footprints that can be seen in Triss’ house in Vizima and allegedly belong to Lambert are first visible when Geralt wakes up in Triss’ bed, after falling unconscious during his battle with Azar Javed and The Proffesor and getting teleported there by Triss. It’s not like Geralt barges unannounced through the door of Triss’ house and says hello. It is clear that he has been unconscious for some time, and even if we assume that Lambert was there, he would never have to sneak through the window, he could just casually walk out the front door, since there is no threat of Geralt catching him in the act, which Lambert’s story implies.

Another thing, Triss was busy teleporting Geralt, so she can’t really have sex with Lambert at the same time. Unless Triss and Lambert have a fetish for fucking next to Geralt’s unconscious body, it makes little sense. At best they could have caught Lambert masturbating alone in Triss’ house, forcing him to jump through the window in shame.

Lambert mentioning Triss’ scars is more to provoke Yen, which is implied by the camera showing her take a large sip after he mentions it. It is also in line with his personality, and Triss did spend a fair amount of time in Kaer Morhen and Lambert was even present when she told the story about her participation in The Sodden battle, so him knowing about her scars is nothing unusual.

I'm not even sure what half the stats do but since stats like burning are based on damage output those are probably better.

Honestly I just run 3 Greater Poison runes on Steel swords and 3 Greater Burning runes on Silvers, except for Cat Steel Swords which get the Bleed treatment instead. Agonising over weapon stats when things have a 5-level max useful lifetime until you hit Blood and Wine is pretty pointless, you';ll be replacing them too often to care.

Lads, fuck off with the waifu crap for a sec and answer this: can i continue playing after finishing the main quest? More importantly can i still do all the side stuff (like contracts and shit). I just feel very uncomfortable dicking around with monsters and yu-gi-oh while my daughter is being pursued by space nazis and my friends are possibly getting tortured. So for the sake of roleplaying i'm thinking of doing all he main quest stuff and side stuff that directly links to it (like helping keira, lambert, dijkstra, radovid etc) and living all the unimportant quests till after the world is saved.

Sure, you can do that. Do only the most important side quests and after you complete the game you will be able to continue playing and do random side quests and witcher contracts. The only problem is, you will be overleveled for them as a lot of exp comes from doing the main quest. There is an option to turn on level scaling, but you will still get almost no exp for them.

You finish the game, it completes the quest and loads you back into the open world where you can go do the DLC and hunt monsters and whatnot.

I don't know if I would recommend doing something stupid like that but it's very much possible, the only exception are a couple main character related quests that fail at a certain point towards the end of the main story.

Also note that you will 100% miss a bunch of Gwent cards if you ignore that stuff while completing the story because there are main quest related characters you play for Gwent cards and they might leave or whatever

I have a thing for Geralt and Triss traveling together. I imagine them going from Kovir to Toussaint on horseback and having small adventures along the way.

Maybe they come across a haunted village where they help the locals deal with a curse or maybe they find a village or a small city where some kind of carnival or celebration is happening so they stay a bit and have fun. Maybe they just drift the calm wilderness together and enjoy long talks before stumbling upon a druid circle performing a mysterious ceremony and get involved in some kind of magical ritual. Maybe they pick up some fellow travelers along the way and get caught up in helping them with their troubles. It's one of my favorite Geralt x Triss fantasies.

Feline looked the best for Touissant in my opinion, it was clean, looked classy enough and wasn't impractical, I would have worn the wolf armour but not only was the shirt dirty, it looked way too hot to wear in Touissant

I don't really have a preference between Roche and Iorveth. Iorveth is maybe a bit more interesting than Roche, but Roche came through for Geralt several times so I also respect that.

Personally, I prefer Iorveth's path, it is more interesting and makes more sense to take for the way I play Geralt, but Roche's path also has some pretty great moments and Henselt and Dethmold are very interesting characters, despite being pieces of shit humans. To really get the whole story everyone should really play both paths at least once though.
