If anything it gives 30 attack speed an 60 (85 to INT heroes) damage with a 20% chance to crit for 175%.

You need to stop pretending that there's always going to be something that get rids of the active component because that's just not true. Even if it doesn't last the full duration taking a bunch of guranteed crit hits while it is active fucks up a bunch of heroes.
