No, data-memes are irrelevant. Olivia is the only character that actively tries to heal Henry, only for that it has more value that any other Henry's ship. It's just like Vaike x Nowi, a support that feels more natural since it doesn't end with a romance but with a friendship all while dealing with Nowi's longevity issue. That's promotions. Some sword fighters promoted into Forrest/Rangers/Heroes some Sword Fighters promoted into Swordmasters. Swordmaster was outright better but only Ayra, Lakche and Shanan were one, for instance. Radney, Roddlevan and Skasaha were all Forrests just for the sake of being inferior.

The randomness was more aparent in FE5 when Mareeta and Shiva were Swordmasters, but Machuya was Hero despite all 3 of them having pretty much the same stat spread. Hell, Shiva was more defensive and stronger. Character background mattered then, because Shiva and Mareeta were martial artists (Wishing to Master the Sword) whereas Machuya was a revolutionary (therefore being Heroic).

She's really good and better than Takumi because she can double from the start and her growths scale better into the mid and late game too.
