If Soraka were any stronger she would be too overpowered. She's not even punished hard for spamming heals or missing her Q. She's tanky enough to handle being focused while her ADC kills the enemy team. Soraka makes 2v2 fights useless. Since she usually dominates lane, she usually has bot completely warded which makes ganks useless.

Soraka's W damages her. She can reach a point where she has no health and can't heal. Her Q is unreliable and the heal isn't too big a deal to begin with. It doesn't do a lot of damage mid-late game.

She can be a bit tanky but building her as a tank to the point where she won't get disintegrated by enemies makes her attacks do basically nothing. You have to build her AP or she'll just be a minion that can heal for a little bit.

I think her E is the best part of her skillset, it will always be good/relevant in a fight, but it's so hard to get it to stick and proc the root. Still, it counters things like Camille's ult really well.

You’d get a unique icon that designated you as a lowly private and by completing various missions, you could earn points for your side and chip away at territory held by competing factions. Contributing points to the war effort would allow you to climb the ranks all the way up to General status, with your icon upgrading throughout and rewards to celebrate your well-deserved promotions. There’d be various ways to help win the war whether you wanted to just throw yourself at it by fighting battles and collecting gold from minions, playing with a questing fellowship, running solo spy missions, crafting together supplies to help arm the troops, etc – something for everyone.
