Duration and efficiency are both factors. Fleeting Expertise is often worth using to counter drain on channeled abilities but has the downside of reducing everything else as well. I wouldn't use FE on Mesa because it screws with Shatter Shield and Shooting Gallery too much for my tastes but if it works for you then go nuts.

The more Efficiency and Duration you have the closer you move to the top left-hand corner.

There is a hard cap on how low you can drop the cost.

Fleeting Expertise's efficiency bonus is greater than the duration penalty so it's a net positive when using channeled abilities. However it also gimps your other powers that rely on duration, especially since people usually go with Transient Fortitude over Blind Rage.

I like the way the numbers look on this build, and if y'all think QT would be better on Mesa, then I can change it no problem. I just went with Steel Fiber because it doesn't cost energy and Mesa needs it. Do you think any different mod would serve me better? At how many bullets/time should a weapon be considered bad when fighting an enemy/group of enemies.Do you measure things like reaload/down time of a weapon or if it plays the same that other, "better" weapon? Which kind of mission you should not be able to beat to consider a warframe bad, or how much are you willing to put into a warframe before deciding its a bad warframe and you dont want to use it anymore? Should a warframe reach the point to trivialize a mission to be called good?

Ive soloed interception, assasinations, excavations, mobilie defenses, regular defenses, kuva floods in and outside sorties with Zephyr and Oberon, and even when they are not perfect, and Zephyr can't do much outside of defense kind of missions (grenades can still damage you and the excavator, as an example), if in the fucking end you can do the missions inside the game without going full retarded and play an endless for 5 hours against enemies that dont change at all and calling it a challenge when the game is just cheap or be cheaped, why the fuck do you measure to call a frame bad? You can beat the game with them, startchart and sorties are what you are "suposed" to be doing according to what DE gives you, what else do you need?

Im not even defedind those warframes either, even when I do like playing Oberon, my favorites are Ivara, Inaros, frost and whatever that lets me dumb and focus on weapons so I can't die or get knocked back (like nekros), but those random "bad" and "good" have no context most of the time, its retarded to just mention "good" or "bad" at all in those settings.

New players consider Sorties as engame because they are the hardest thing they are able to do. Intermediate players generally consider raids as endgame because of how hard they are to organize and find groups for. Veteran players see endgame as endless missions like survival/defense and how to cheese them.

When Intermediate players talk to Veteran players about endgame there is always this conversation. Veterans have the minmax and cheese mindset, intermediates usually dont.

every check (5min surv, 5 waves def, 2 extractors) you get a stackable 25% booster of one type, with the exception of every fifth. on every fifth cracked relic / closed fissure if running without you get a pre-refined relic, with the first one being at the first level, and at and after relic 15 you get flawless relics every 5 relics.
the relics match the rarity of the fissure you are doing at the moment and can be used immediatly.

with the stacked boosters you should be able to get affinity and resources and as such void traces at an extreme rate. repeat and try to reap rare drops.

I also judge weapons and warframes against 100-120 level enemies just because that is what I expect to see in sorties. I judge them based on how much I can do against lvl 100 napalms since those dont die for shit. The dera vandal I use can consistently kill a lvl 80 napalm in less than a magazine (60 shoots), and it takes me one magazin and about 1/3 to kill a lvl 100 but on headshoot only so not realible since that will usually wont happen, yet it's ammo hungry and unless I spam a lot of ammo restores before leaving an area I'll not be able to do much with it besides waiting for the pad to refill my ammo but that takes too long, so I dont really consider the dera vandal as great, as an example, but it is still good enough in settings where ammo its not going to be a problem as an example (short missions, defenses where you can afford stay in a small place to refill your ammo since there is no place to go anyway). Thats pretty much the limit for me since its what you can see in sorties to the point where you've beat the mission instead of deciding to keep going on your own like a survival. Also, requiring to be babysitted to do good is also how I consider a warframe bad, especially when it can't do somethin teammates cant compensate for, like banshee and adding damage when there are weapons that dont need buffs at all to basically kill everything, as an example. I still like banshee tough because she let me use crappy weapons but she can require hardass babysitting sometimes unless you make a build to spam 3 but that fucks up sonar and quake. nothing you cant do using warframes that can use weapons and also survive.

you dont. you listen to trade chat and try to find people with a knack for that specific weapon and sell as high as possible. that will mean for many not so often used weapons between 50 and 70, for niche and liked ones you can sell probably between 80 and 120.

rivens for weapons everyone uses have been nerfed so hard that except for unrolled or best stats you wont really be able to sell them. unrolled of those can be worth between 120 and 200, depending on the jew level of the buyer. good stat rivens can be worth a lot.

also, both shown rivens arent bad. a surprising amount of people have a javlok fetish, and spira is one of the nicer crit throwables.
