The Dirt core is literally just 3 Smelter, 3 Ritual, 3 Dwarf, and 3 Petrification. Everything else falls into place according to what the format demands. That's how it works in practice, too - you use goodstuff on curve, exhaust the opponent, then overrun them with zombies or golems or lesbians or whatever their deck can't answer.

Anne serves a few purposes. She reduces the cost of late Piercing Runes, typically provides the means to remove two followers from the board, and in the event Grea sticks she just outright wins the game. On rare occasion you even get the chance to evolve Anne herself and blow out a field of fairies or knights, or kill an unevolved Albert or some such without losing out on value, stuff like that.

Juno does little against more aggressive decks, it's true. But it's absolutely necessary for keeping Roaches and Dshift at bay, not to mention most Sword variants. Twin Guardians shines in slightly different situations, yielding immediate payoff in exchange for long term efficiency. They also compliment each other really well if they come together, not that they have to.

Calamitous is only as good as the board it's reinforcing. If you're not set up with Juno or whatever, chances are blowing away your opponent's field isn't going to do much, as you yield initiative to them anyway, which they're just going to use to build that field a second time. You'll be in the same position as before. Even repeat use still doesn't guarantee you'll put the brakes on an opponent. But I digress; it's certainly not a bad card.

Actually. Yes. Gobu is, hands down, the most ridiculously overpowered card in Rise of Bahamut. She's the sort of card that is quick to get banned in just about any other card game you can think of, and I have no clue how she managed to worm her way into this one.

The easy fix is making her Fanfare and Evolve effect instead. Lets you have the consistency, but you have to sacrifice an evo point that you could be using to actually swing for game instead.

Superman is an asshole who provides an effect with near limitless value that is vastly disproportionate to his cost and stats. I played some card game with guilds, the most important parts were guild quests + bonuses (free cards, dailies) from being in a guild and trading concedes. Then there were other shit like donating to guild to get more bonuses and teaming up with guildmates for PvE dungeons (it was easy to team up without guild though) and PvP with other guilds. The game had modes from 1vs1 to 3vs3, don't remember seeing 5vs5 in that game but another card game had that too I think.

For Shadowverse, I guess quests and bonuses. teaming up with guildmates for PvE or PvP could be a possibility if the teams play by elimination, member 1 loses once, member 2 has to carry on and so on until every team member loses, remember to buy 1-UPs with crystals.

Personally I don't really care about guilds and adding them to Shadowverse would force people to join one if they give bonuses.

I've been trying a similar list except I cut Daria entirely, sacrificing the Daria pieces has felt more than worth it when you're adding in more burn and getting guaranteed Levis from Gobu. It's essentially a true aggro deck at that point, as opposed to Daria.dek which is a bit more tempo-oriented.

Might try out some things on your list though, I can't help but feel like I need more draw at times and maybe cramming Kaleido in will help.
