Oh no you see, I'm not making this in the creation kit, I'm building this in-game with mods like Tundra Defense and RTS in Skyrim.

The mods allow you to place buildings/objects and recruit settlers in an attempt to carve out your own little slice of civilization. All of this was built in-game and purchased with gold coins.

At the moment my town consists of 8 citizens including myself, and 5 armed guards. Once I gain the blueprints for a mine and general store, I intend to hire some miners and use the ore they harvest to fuel my economy. You see, the general store has the ability to sell whatever you place in a chest inside the building. In other words, I can make a profit without ever having to leave home. Beyond that, All I need to focus on is keeping my defenses tight and my citizens protected, along with expanding outwards as I gain enough funds to purchase new buildings.

I really recommend you guys try the mods out if you like city-builder gameplay. Its pretty fun.

The people who post here on /vg/ tend to be more interested in modding and waifus. We haven't had a new game with new lore (that also doesn't shit all over the existing lore a la ESO) since Skyrim. There's not much to say about the lore that hasn't already been said. That's why the /tg/ thread exists, and why it's generally only made on weekends. If you posted about that stuff here during the week, you'd get very few responses. Why? Because 1) there are more people who want to talk about modding and waifus than lore here, 2) the people here who are interested in lore have talked about it to death and aren't interested in having the same conversation for the 10th time 3) people who want to talk about lore wait for the weekend /tg/ thread because they know they won't get many responses because of 1) and 2). 4) people who are interested in TES will probably try /vg/ first. People who aren't hardcore fans but also use /tg/ might see the /tg/ thread when it's made. You're going to have a lot of less-knowledgeable users there. /vg/ is cloistered, unlike a more general board like /tg/, so you're less likely to have people randomly stumbling upon /tesg/, and more likely to have people randomly stumbling upon the /tg/ thread.

What does all that mean? It means the audiences don't overlap as much as you seem to think they do. The threads separated for a reason. Card games are very much something the /tg/ crowd would be interested in. But CCGs are not a particularly popular genre. Of course you're going to get a higher concentration of users who like CCGs on /tg/, and people aren't going to talk about it here on /vg/ because CCGs aren't popular (and Legends isn't a particularly popular CCG in the first place), and there are no other factors to increase the concentration of users to a point where conversation is viable.

tl;dr, no one was chased out because "stop liking what I don't like." They naturally separated because they're fairly distinct groups, that all happen to like some of the things TES has. TES is big. Some people like it for different reasons. The different threads reflect, and it's better to have different threads than a single clusterfuck of a thread with people talking about dozens of different things at once. And also ESO is dogshit.

I've been thinking lately about clothing mods
Specifically how there are only one or two "modern" clothing mods worth having

I would like to know from people with this kind of experience, on a scale of 1-10 how difficult would it be to:
>Take clothing from games like The Sims 3-4
>Import it to Skyrim
>As separate models (I.e being able to mix and match tops and bottoms?)

I really want to give my character a pretty flowing summer dress, hoodys and other modern fashion things and I know others would to because for me Skyrim is basically a guys version of dress-up games
