What if, instead of waiting an extra 2 hours for a steno and having these 40 odd page docs, why don't we just do Classic/Quick cases where people just make their own notes and the doc is just for reminding yourself of evidence and testimony, like it used to be?

Cases would start faster, generally be quicker and also comes full circle on the whole 'vanilla server/area' thing.

However, the issue is that cases are way more complicated now. Witnesses all have 8+ lines of testimony, there's like 6+ pieces of evidence, and cases themselves are more convoluted because vanilla murder is boring.

I mean, you can try to make a format that removes the above things but just saying "Let's do a quick case without a steno" isn't enough, it needs to be a concerted effort to simplify the case and make sure it all doesn't get too complicated to follow without a steno.

Actually, I'd go so far as proposing a new rule in which Judges have to be mostly impartial. If they're consistently giving verdicts in favor of the same person, and there's proof that they are prematurely calling verdicts for said person, even though they aren't multiclienting they should be punished since they're doing what people who multiclient do, except using 2 computers instead of 1.

I was greg last night, and i can explain what happened for the most part.
I had a sudden epiphany regarding the case, as gieru mentions a loud noise, and then it was the lock being bashed off the victim's locker.
She was in no posistion to ever see that locker, so how would she know what that was...unless it was planned.
I had a whole overarching theory regarding this, and the judge not only refused to listen to my major reveal, he baited me into making it grander and then insta-guilty'ed my ass.
