At first glance it looks like you could stack a bunch of those shield ones together (especially glyph of siphoning, that looks like a pretty useful card) and make him pretty damn tanky. I'm not sure how well that would work in practice though. Do any of these cards have internal cooldowns? Do the shields have a time limit on how long they stay for?

How do I Buck?

That would be interesting, but I wonder how well it would actually work. TF2 had serious issues with backstabs/facestabs. This wouldn't be an instant kill like that, so it fixes part of the problem, but lag would make the damage unreliable a lot of the time.

i havent been playing bomb king often before the poppy nerf, only got him to level 5 and moved on

I have OW but holy shit is it not fun at all. Minuscule improvements, only 2 fucking maps released, shit meta, game revolves around pressing Q, and abilities are lackluster that serve as utility with M1 being the focus of the kit barring one off heroes like Reinhardt.
