Regarding AI changes in the patch, I only looked in to GK block AI change, and god damn it's retarded

Now: if assist used active or striker used active or GK is below 60% HP or will be below 60% HP after simulated dmg, GK will block

Meaning that even a shot with a simulated dmg of 1 will still end up activating a GK's block if they're below 60%. Exact calculation is if (remainingHP - simulatedDmg) / maxHP <= 0.6

She has the same active skill, same 30% base penetration, and only her attack buff is 60% instead of 70% (But she has +15% crit damage instead).

They are virtually the same. Beatrice just wastes her third skill on a speed/hp buff, while Lev gets a more useful defense/reflex debuff to the enemy.

Otherwise both have near identical OHKO power. Beatrice might even creep ahead a bit as WW/dark tends to have more offensive buffs than monothunder.

It is more the support players that make up the difference. In practice beatrice will have double the AS, while lev will have access to more pen totems if he can't reach 100% by himself (assuming both use Glab).

sky sucked too and my mid line is shit anyways so I replaced her with jheet to at least get the reflex and action speed boost for dark players.

This was by far the most obscene midline I have seen in past 2 years. IC linmay automatically moves first and then either Khirel or Duke hold the ball after a 900 pass. Any steal attempt on them will explode your entire midline, and they will pen through anything if you don't stop them.

If you go first, literally nothing can pen through TB Khirel now (maybe Duke with Silla ace plus his active could survive the attempt, but not bell, choi, or any attacker in the game. Maybe Khirel could survie a pen attempt against Khirel, but little else)

Seresita is the only "safe" place to pen through an you do that twice and your entire team just shuts down and goes passive.

On my experience, you will have A LOT less hp with Star's Tear. But if you make a decent backline where she avoid crit well, the dual heal will be worth it and Star's Tear also buff defense when being shot. Even if you stop using ST to use Ermaltion you will be able to use 2 thunder defense stones anyway

This has happened twice today.

I look at gaphyl's stats and I have no explanation for how he can explode people the same as Choi, especially with element disadvantage. Choi at least has 2300 dribble and 180% crit damage when holding the ball.

Gaphyl sits around at like 650 dribble and 75% crit damage. I know TB is a common stone for him but that still doesn't explain the obscene damage he inflicts.None of his skills trigger when he is holding the ball either.

I'm considering buying her, but am having some doubts since she has not been anything too special other than her paralysis.
The only particularly tanky ones I have come across have Duran+Jiho, and even then it's an extra 1-2 shots, and you can just watch the backline explode on your striker.

Basically, I don't have Duran and not gonna buy him so dunno if Presty is worth it. I am also considering Glayde.

They can only do a fast followup shot only if the rest of the front line effectively recovers the ball.

Work on preventing steals, and try not to pen through Elaine if at all possible as she has a 50/50 chance of stopping almost any player in the game. If Elaine stops you she hands the ball right back to WoM Willy for a killshot.

Without Elaine carrying them most WoM strikers are dogshit and can't recover their ball. Lucid is the only exception as she has decent reflex and steal damage and can get her own ball back.

A lot of units break the AI. Baltheon can do it with a fat enough pass, Choi can do it with a TB on him, Guardenia can bait units into killing themselves when they try to pen her, healing GKs trick the AI into shooting them despite the fact it won't even come close to killing them, and Silk exploits the AI with her infinite healing as well.

There's more units than that and even some stones like TW, ST, and Batt are at fault for causing the AI to do stupid things. It's just something to accept at this point, most of the major issues in the game come from the AI being abysmal once you start running into teams made by people who know how to exploit it and nerfing the units themselves only does so much when a new one will be released at some point that will bug out their garbage AI again.
