Ever heard of the ship replacement programs aka SRP? Join a corp with SRP and you shouldnt have issues. The catch with the SRP is that you gotta fly doctrine ships (specific ships + fitting) or else you dont get shit.
Corps also hand out free frigates and destroyers to the newbies usually, just ask to a recruiter before joining if the ad isnt clear about it.

Okay so here is the deal, Wardecs are bull. not because you get shot in jita if you are in a 0.0 alliance(well you know alts in NPC corps exists) but because they just "kill" highsec corps. it just makes no sense. if people dont want to pvp and their corp gets wardeced they are left with 2 choices.

1.Leave the corp. you lose contact to the community that was propably provided for you by the corp and might as well just stay in a personal 0% corp or a NPC corp v0v

2.Stay in corp and just step away from eve. they might realize that there are better games to have fun with besides eve where you cant get "content blocked" and just straight out leave eve

So would there really be anything of value lost if wardecs just were straight up removed? what do they really provide ? if you want to "hurt" people you can just gank them in catalysts anyway so ...
