Kinda, most of the beginning and some toward the end is Azalea and Dana. You only really talk to Isabella when you're bringing her around Hailey's zone and a bit afterward. You gather a small amount of terranite (I think it's supposed to be terranium) for the Princess but then are immediately stopped and warned about its potential. After receiving the warning, you separate strong and weak terranite and provide the weak terranite to the Princess and the empire so they can't weaponize the strong terranite and hopefully prevent their military growth.
