Didn't they say the events coming up would be a surprise? CYN isn't really a surprise given the clues we got, but between that ending and the 2017 summer games? We've had a "worldwide" event with the Summer Games, a fairly western event with Halloween, a Western depiction of Christmas but lots of places do stuff at that time of year, a very obviously Eastern event with CYN.

They're going to do something like Holi (Hindu, Festival of Colours, Feb/March, celebrated in India and Nepal, both represented in game already) or Vesak (Buddha Day, May, celebrated in India, Nepal and more including Japan and Korea).

-remove the healing buff and anti-healing from her grenade and give it to an Offense character specializing in buffs and debuffs so it's only a quick AoE heal burst
-remove her Sleep Dart and give it to a Defense character specializing in status conditions
-give her something like a portable deployable hide she can sit in that absorbs some damage before collapsing

Now she's fixed, we have two new characters, and the 4-tank meta collapses.

Hanzo is just bad game design 101. His entire character revolves around one shotting most of the cast. He has wall hacks to see flankers, he has Scatter Arrow to instantly gib anyone under 451 HP, and you can mindlessly spam Arrows down choke points and get rewarded unless Reinhardt or D.Va are present.

It doesn't matter if he's actually a good character, his core design is fucking terrible and is not fun to fight against for anyone, it's the same fucking shit as Mei and Genji. NO ONE enjoys fighting these characters because they're a fucking headache.

First you're suggesting someone who was so dedicated to his job and fighting with the same man for 20 years would make time for that. Also Morrison isn't a bad person he's the type who takes responsibility to the point of being obnoxious to the people around him. That's why you get Dad 76 jokes in the first place.

It's been said by character designers that they find the Dad 76 jokes funny because 76 is not like a dad at all. From that perspective thinking he has a child in the canon is just silly. Who is it more likely to be though? A soldier he tutored and died in combat. 76 tutored a lot of young soldiers in Overwatch. It could likely be any of them. And if they are dead, maybe he blames their death on Reyes which would tie into Reaper's panel perfectly. I don't know if you noticed but 76's and Reaper's panels are supposed to go together. Why? Chu wants us to guess.

In my personal opinion, 5 shots from S76's guns should do less than a single McCree shot. That's because those initial 5 shots from S76's gun are still accurate before they start to really bloom. 14 damage per bullet is absolutely horrendous and makes Soldier unplayable though. So in my opinion, I think the answer is to make Soldier's damage "wind up" slightly. Maybe doing more damage the worse the bloom. It would also make his aimbot a lot more valuable.

Zen needs something unique, something that makes it as big a disadvantage if you don't run him and the enemy team does. My idea is sort of extreme though. Discorded targets gain passive ult charge at a lower rate and harmonie'd targers gain passive ult charge at a higher rate.

Bastion either needs a reduce to his spread, so his range increases massively, or some kind of repositioning ability. I actually thought, what if his RMB causes a detonation under him? Doing damage at a radius and sending him rocketing up? It would not only give him some maneuverability but also make it hard for Tracer and Genji to zip behind him.

Here's an idea. Give Junkrat the ability to control the speed of his nades. Holding his LMB would make his nades travel faster, making him less predictable.

Each OW skin requires a lot more work than HotS ones due to more complicated shaders, animations (the 3D smearing in OW) and the difference in scale between the two. It'll only happen if they HUGELY increase the art team for OW but I bet there's a point of diminishing returns for pumping out assets compared to people buying them.
