No you won't. Blizzard has NEVER made timely adjustments. In fact, changing the problem NOW would be a GROSS mistake, considering the bulk of the problem rotates out very soon. You even mention the problem...

These were cards made to help combat aggressive starts in the GVG/Naxx era -- Shielded Minibot, Leper Gnome, Abusive Seargeant, and many more chargers. The bulk of those aggressive cards were nerfed or rotated out at the PRIOR to the start of last year's Standard season. Yet, Totem Golem and Tunnel Trogg were untouched. Were you really surprised that Agro Shaman became the best deck from the get-go?

And the deck that came up to challenge them was ... Dragon Warrior, which reigned supreme for most of last summer. It also had a grossly overstatted 2 drop that was made in the Shielded Minibot era (Alex's Champ).

Here we are a year+ down the road -- and you're honestly surprised that Pali and Hunter are the bottom two classes, and Shaman and War had an incredible year?

P.S. People also pointed out that you didn't supplement Hunter and Pali's loss of early game -- while leaving Shaman and Warrior's early game intact. But that's not even the WORST PART OF YOUR DUMB-HEADED DESIGN DECISIONS -- you've been SUPPORTING Shaman and Warrior EARLY GAME THAT ENTIRE TIME!!!

(Spirit Claws, Maelstrom Portal, the entire Pirate package, Bash, Blood to Ichor, the list goes on...)

You literally gutted two classes. Didn't compensate them with anything. Didn't bother to tone down the early game cards that were remnants of the previous more aggressive season, and in addition, gave them EVEN more early game.

I guess I need to craft Patches for Burglar Rogue but this is getting dumb. Just hit Rank 14 and everyone has golden heroes, golden cards, some use legendary card back and everyone does the Pirate Opener. I'm honestly glad for the Brann Kaza opponents because I can play past turn 5.

Btw how does Rogue handle a big aggressive board by turn 3/4? Vanish is 6 mana and Poison+Flurry is 5...

Cydonia? Yeah I know him by that name. Hell, I worked with him in Nam. Back then we called him "Gook Gutting" Cyd because he never came out of a tunnel without a scalp, an ear, or covered with blood.

Most would call him insane, but that is why the green berets trained him. They saw potential. It wasn't until they learned his methods that they truly realized what a monster they created.

You see, most guys that go tunnel clearing take guns. Not Cyd. No, he took knives, clubs, hatchets, sometimes nothing but his bare hands. After a few missions I got a chance to talk to him in the mess. He was wearing his blood stained hat, sunglasses, and combat fatigues, smoking a cigarette and drinking johnny walker black. It was contraband, but you NEVER told Cyd what he could and couldn't do.

I asked him why he never took guns with him. He lowered is head and took a long slow draw from his hand rolled cig, pulled off his sun glasses and looked me right in the eyes, piercing my soul.

"I do it out of respect. Respect for the white race. These slant eye'd scum bags don't deserve the mercy of a western made bullet, but the slow torturous death of the hands of an Canadian man!"

In a flash he pulled out his weathered, but razor sharp knife and stopped just short of sticking my gut. "The look in their eyes when I slip this baby into their swollen, rice filled bellies is reason enough. To see the last lights flick off in their heads as they see a real killer work."

I started playing a few days ago, got a few questions. I bought that starter pack with a legendary and spend like 400 gold on packs and these are the current legendary/epic cards that I have. Should I aim for a rogue deck and try ranked with that or keep grinding quests, etc for more packs? I'm checking guides and shit but basically new players are fucked for ranked until they have enough cards or dust to make a good deck. I only need 1 viable deck for ranked yes? Arena is pick 1 from 3 random classes and completely random cards so my collection doesn't matter there? I also should spend any further gold I get in arena since the rewards are better after I memorize more cards and understand how everything works so I can actually win in there. Haven't unlocked tavern yet, but basically a free pack every week?

Overall the game seems fun but the grind is like in korean MMOs and the pacing is a bit slow I guess.

I ran Reno Mage with Malchezaar in Wild quite successfully until somewhere around rank 13 last season. The only real highlight of him was getting Deathwing 2 games in a row, which was quite helpful. Other than that the card was annoying as fuck, dumped it and never looked back. Fuck Boogeymonster.

I literally have just been logging in the last few days and xing out a daily I don't like then logging out, that has been the extent of my hs.

If you have not heard, CN blizzard announced a decision that they have to reverse the server to 4 days ago. Because they tried to save it during the extended 40 hours long maintenance. All the gold, rank, missions and card you opened will gone. the pack you bought with real money will refund, but only the pack, not the card you opened. They will announce the whole refund rules later.
Now the HS communities in China is EXPLODE! The announcement posted by blizzard CN got retweeted over 3000 times. all key PC/OL gaming media have covered this. There are 1800+ comments below this announcement with a lot memes.
I personally climbed the wild from 16 to 6 two days ago. Now I finally logged in, it's rank 16 all again.

Well, Krul isn't very playable to begin with. Solia isn't amazing even with Reno. And Raza doesn't need Reno at all because it does the same thing plus they have Greater Healing Potion on top.

multi legend player, load up the game on a whim after being away for months, i keep sequencing poorly against these reno priests at rank 18 because it's 3am and i haven't memorized every single card from the new expansion

Do you really need spellpower minions without AOE spells?
Most tempo lists run Ringleaders + Hucksters as 2 drop.
Raptor is really good tempo card with its 4 health, plus if you can take deathrattle from Huckster.

Rifleman is just bad. Get SI:7 Agent, better body+more damage.
Swashburglar instead of Novice Engineer.

Put in some low cost charge minions like Argent Horserider or Deckhand.
Fork is bad and weapon too expensive. Buccaneers maybe or just put in 1 Assassin's Blade.

You really should get Small-Time Buccaneer as 1 drop.
Shadow Rager or Tiger can work if pop Cold Blood on him.
I really like Shado-Pan Rider since you can drop that guy on turn 4 as 6/7 with coin.

Card game development is not a big secret, in fact, we have several other card games who are very much open about it. In MTG we even have articles showing what they were talking about when designing cards

The problem here is that Team 5 has the biggest share of the market, a lot of money to work with and they still deliver a sub-par product

Their incompetence is not something new. The community has been asking for a lot of different features, simple and complex, and they still fail to deliver

Also, I know how creating, testing and delivering cards can be tough, but compared to other card game developers who have a lot less to develop with their final product still lacks
