I think the intent is that A section are main story active things that you need to do while Special is mostly where premium and event shit goes. Obviously Quake is the main inconsistency there while the coin decors are just messy.

If I were doing it I would get rid of the Building tab and just make it a Premium one for characters and decor. And change Special to Event. Buildings can just go in the A tab when relevant since most people won't have more than like 3 up at a time anyway. A should be exclusively active main story content. Event would be generators, event premiums, and event decorations. Character tab would be redundant with some of those but still useful to scroll through everyone you don't have in one place. Not even sure if we need a Decor tab since they don't add any but I guess it can stay.

And I get their meaning here, but they should put the more pertinent reason for the lock on those ("unlock rank 2/4") instead of the academy level requirement. Or at least list both and have some checkmarks so people know what they have done and what else they have to do to progress.

I don't know what their real public excuse is but to me they are using it so that people don't complain about having completed all the available stuff, but of course they just complain about the slowdown instead so I don't know how much it helps. I guess it bullies whales into spending more too just to finish everything available.

I think the bug might be caused by TinyJew having changed the barracks and training post. It used to be the old Civil War/MODOK one, it's been replaced by a different model. So upgrading it while it was still Cap's shit didn't cause it to register

Everytime you sabotage ultron the robots come back so basically its:
1. train soldiers
2. have them take out the robots
3. sabotage ulton for a wrench
4. repeat steps 1 -3
5. fight robocap when you get enough wrenches for how many characters you have available

Focus on getting Cutting edge widow first or whale for Lucky so you can actually have people to fight robocap with since you can only use Lucky, CE widow, Kate, and Loki(who is unlocked after getting either lucky or CE widow}

Looks like they got rid of the items from our inventory from the winter event. I have shit like the drops from the jailbreak one, stuff from the hell's kitchen event, and random ends like Modok hats, mummy bags, and one off items from upgrades when i got like 1 extra items.
