The game is heading in a boring direction. We are just doing the same old same old now, 10 new levels, a new island we explore in short order then stay on for 2 years.

Let's do something difference. Kalimdor and the Eastern Kingdoms have been ignored for years now. They not only need an HD graphic update (kinda like how Dalaran got one in Legion) but also new quests, and things to do in the "old world".

Blizzard doesn't need to make more zones out of their asses and have contrived explanations. Just use what we already have, just freshen it up first.

Is there any downside to dotting up Valarjar shit in Odyn? Yesterday my RL was screaming at me for "padding" because whenever I wasn't branded I dotted all adds up and during Hyrja - Hymdall I dotted both up. If I'm still doing mechanics is there any real downside to it? I see it as playing to your class strengths, my dots are like 60% of my dps and can be applied to many targets, why not take advantage of this to increase the raid's overall damage?

Same shit in Helya and Nightmare Dragons even though I've never felt asleep on dragons except for tank fuckups.

currently a shadow priest 858 gear (struggling to get into heroic EN due to carry me niggers)
Average dps is looking something like 200k if Im moving due to mechanics, 300k if I can free cast a little with 3 or more enemies grouped up and 500k if its constant 3 or more enemies with constant free cast.
however average in a normal encounter is 200k

Yeah it's completely normal, everything dies too fast to ramp up damage and the spec is ridiculously dependent on artifact traits (mass hysteria is the sole reason the spec works)

Maybe level in disci if you'd rather I think you'll actually kill things faster that way. I leveled in shadow and it was pretty miserable.

every expansion I get roped into doing mythic raids because I don't suck + I'm a healer and I've been tired of doing progression raiding for fucking years(after ICC) but I'm too much of a fucking cuck ass faggot to tell my guilds that I'm not having fun and just want to do normal/heroic and only end up stopping after everyone stops playing after the end of the expac and I roll a new character on a different server
