I would imagine Viper got pissed at Elysium declining to do what was asked and hacked, every developer knows their own code and very developer keeps full back up of their own code. I am rolling a Priest and it's FANTASTIC. Healers are always needed for raiding and priests are best healers (if you are lucky you might even be a shadow priest in later raids with 16 debuff slots). Generally you will be assigned to either heal tank or heal the group and you need to watch for dispels. Very easy to find raids, just make sure you got right addons.

You'll lose to other casters if you roll anything but UD mage. You might have a shot at killing hunters but they shred you incredibly quickly and if you try to get into their deadzone, they'll just scatter shot your ass. You will make warriors, paladins and mediocre rogues cry, though. Getting shatter crits is always a pleasant feeling but I found it not as satisfying as melee crits.

Still, in most BGs you'll rack many HKs and be a general cunt simply because you can fire away from range.

Having spent 5 painstaking hours trying to slay the dwarves previously, and 8 hours in Tarren Mill before that, the Salty Dog endlessly plickers to and fro the graveyard every 5 minutes, mounds of bones from player corpses stacked as high as the fortress canopy surrounding him. After finally resurrecting himself after waiting for the 6th time in half an hour, the Salty Dog manages to tag one of the Dun Garok Mountaineers that have been endlessly camped for the past week and a half, and is close to killing it when out of nowhere he is cheap shotted and mercilessly blade flurried down in a series of swift strokes by a Vanquisher's Sword wielding level 42 Rogue in full nightscape armor...

"At least we're on an even playing field....." The Salty Dog grumbles once again, while running across the valley back to his corpse with a now 12 minute resurrection timer. The Salty Dog takes solace in the fact that, being a mage class, he actually has something to raid for in molten core, unlike every single other class that has to settle for greens that are better than anything out of the Molten Core from 5 mans for the next 4 months....
