i built defensively because I was stomping and all 4 of my teammates were doing really badly. all they would do was teamfight even tho they were behind. if they aren't going to farm, i have to find a way to get them to win the teamfights. that was my philosophy anyways, i don't think you can win a game solo. dota is a 5 man game.

You built yourself to survive the enenmy and get teammates through the enemy's magic burst which is a defensive strategy, hardly what a core needs to do. Pubs are 2v2 or 1v1, with 2 good players on each side, you have to take out those players first (exception if there is a dazzle omni etc)
Anyway, your draft also fucking scuked balls, you have slardar and literally 0 right clicking hero.
However, their draft is perfect, sniper and a bunch of run at you heroes to distract you.
If I played mid this game and I have a slardar and a sniper vs me, I would have picked PA or SF or storm, If I was safe I would have picked lifestealer for slardar drush bombs on sniper.

also, if you climb to 8,5-9k mmr and stay there over an extended period of time, your winrate graph will be increasing on your way up there, but then it will slowly gravitate towards 50%, but never go too close to it/below it unless you derank MASSIVELY
