If you see a plat border below gold 5 they're very likely boosted. Because even when p5 you get placed to around gold 5. Same goes for seeing diamond border below p5.

The only exceptions I guess are flex queue and 3v3 queue. The matchmaking in 3v3 is a huge mess though since Riot just recently introduced 3v3 solo, so you're going to be playing against diamond / master players in gold 3v3.

I still wouldn't even bother with that queue if you don't know a capable jungle or are one yourself.

I watch the videos and then can't do shit. Can't even pull off a simple 2 barrel combo.

Last season I got place in B4 but climbed to G5 fairly easily, winning a majority of my games wasn't the problem, it just took some time

Once I got to G5 I kind of just didn't want to climb anymore even though I knew I could just because it felt like a job now and I wasn't having fun even when winning

I love playing mid because you can play safe and still do well no matter what. You have loads of options in terms of roaming and farming and playing safe. It's very hard to mess up as a mid-laner.

After ADC, mid might be my favorite to play.

ADC is just fun because I like having hella poke and damage. Watching Faker ADC is actually really enjoyable because he kind of struggles with it. I'll watch him die like 3 times in a row as Jinx and then I don't feel so bad about my performance.

I don't think there is a singular hardest role, but if I had to choose, then Jungle since they can make or break the game. If your jungler knows how to gank then you can help you laners win lane. But if you jungler falls behind then they singled-handedly lose the game since every lane will be afraid of the fed as fuck rengo, kha, etc. i think at high levels it also requires a lot of game knowledge of knowing what to do when which you don't get punished for at low elo.

for second? probably adc because it's a 2v2 while also being the easiest to dive since early you're both so weak. you can get a double as an adc and still die to your enemy laners. it requires coordination too between 2 people in solo q

then mid since you can roam like a second jungler or just afk wave clear in the shortest lane and force the enemy laner to not roam

then top since you can literally farm and most tops have some way to be safe from ganks and the like. splitting top and taking your tower and maybe your t2 is really easy when the top tps bot too

supp i'd put it either with the adc role or last since an adc can literally 1v2 as long as their support just hits their abilities. some times that's all they need to do.

You won't have that issue as long as you don't feed. Most top laners have a way to disengage from bad fights or are tanky enough that even if they lose lane they can do shit.

In top you can literally farm and be fine until mid game or when you need tp. Whenever i see top laners complain "OMG he just dove" it's usually cause most of you guys had already fed 5 or 6 kills in 10 minutes. literally. in bronze and silver most top laners just fight and go in when they should just play back or farm.

The problem with the jungle is, if your jungle falls behind, your jungle is now unable to follow the other jungle in his ganks. Which means for your jungler to countergank a lane, the lane needs to be ahead on its own.

But if the enemy jungle has such a pressure aura that your jungle can't really get near him or die, or that if other lanes overextend that they will die, then the game gets out of hand really fast. Putting down wards becomes semi dangerous and just regular laning becomes crap.

This happens a lot on the toplane, where you have some early game beast like yas / riven who gets assistance from the jungler so every time the jungle reaches the lane he kills the opponent. Your jungle can't possibly hope to 2v2 them and if he tries the game is effectively lost, mostly due to enemy fed jungle who is taking his advantage to screw up other lanes.

The top lane losing to the other top lane is not always the problem, sometimes the problem is the jungle getting fed gold and XP by the top laner.

Nope it's not. I'll tell you what happens if you play ''safe and farm up''. There is no real playing safe on toplane often, if the enemy is having more pressure you will lose quite a lot of farm. If you lose farm, the enemy will be much stronger than you if you come back to the lane and you're then behind. So it's better to farm up instead of playing ultra safe on the long lane.

Because you need to farm up, you're prone to some harassment. If you get to 60% hp and the enemy jungle does a gank or even a dive along with the other top laner you die. If you wasted flash that makes you an even more attractive target for the enemy jungle because you will lack the power to win a 2 v 2 with the other jungle around and you're likely permanently under harassment from the enemy top laner who you now can't duel or the enemy just goes all in because he knows he'll win.

Second, bot lane is a lot more safe than top lane in terms of getting a jungle to gank. Bot are with 2 people and often the support can peel away people on the turret causing them to take shots.

ADC for me is the easiest role. You have someone there to help you out and not die. You have high ad so you last hit very easily. You just right click things and keep out of range. It's very simple and I like it. Yes you have to learn to kite but it's not as intensive as it sounds. Top lane and jungle are both much harder and require a lot of game knowledge. What? you can just freeze your wave right in front of your turret as a top laner. Diving top laners that are at most a kill behind is deceptively hard since they can cause a lot of return kills or are just straight up hard to kill. Like irelia's healing and cc, darius heal, trundle ult, poppy shields, etc.

also farming bot is less safer since ranged harass gets you way easier than melee harass. Like cait, ez, ziggs, or even just autos.

and any time your lane is shoved bot, you're super open to dives.
