Contingency plan, if the server gets even worse (it's still OK now).

1) Everyone is required to have a forum account (read: whitelist).
2) Just this once, have votes for each admin with a minimum % of player participation (20%?). If the majority wants an admin gone, he's deadminned.
3) Have several headmins instead of just Pain.
4) Enforce Github etiquette.

And then, some personal preferences:

-New map.
-Overhaul map voting. Minimum % of votes must be 10/15. Deff gets this often enough, but it'll get rid of the instances where 49/50th of the players are bummed out.
