Masteries: Cunning is fine. I'd take the bonus armor/mres rather than flat hp regen since Leona has a armor/mres steroid. I don't like Siege Master and would rather take Explorer.
Leona has no self-heal or self-shield, change the Runic Armor for the flat 50 hp which are going to make a HUGE difference for your laning

I can't check your build ORDER on op.gg but remember:

ONLY PINKS ALLOWED until you get ruby crystal then sightstone
then you're allowed to upgrade targon only after sightstone, boots 1, then do as you please

As others have said, show up mid unexpectedly. Use your time efficiently. Those are two things that go a long way. Every time you're about to recall, consider if you can swing by mid real quick before you do. If you push in and the enemy bot lane won't clear fast, or better yet they're freezing, look and see if the enemy midlaner is pushing. Carrying as support (early game) is a lot about time efficiency in roams. Taking 30 seconds total right before a recall you would have made anyway to burn the enemy veigars flash is how supports carry early game.

Late game it turns into engaging, peeling, and the map but those are harder to give advice on.
