Yes, you can freely move between difficulties once completed. From the waypoint map screen (default key 'u') the difficulties are separated by tabs at the top.

Also don't stress about fucking up a characters skills so early into your level. After a few play-throughs you'll be able to complete normal in 1.5-2 hours. It takes about 10 hours to get to Act 4 Merci. Far less if you dont bother with side quests or trading.

What are some good benchmarks so that I know I can take on Chayula. I'm level 90 with a stupidly well put together BV Oblit. 6k hp, 6 jewels with at least 15% dmg, most 30+ on them with 7% life. i've only got a 5 link, but I'm 500 something fusings deep with at least 300 more coming when i trade so hopefully I'll have a 6 link for the attempt. I've been grotesquely poor this league, but i've decided to actually go for the late end game content and I'm sticking with a build so I've decided to use the breachstone i collected from leveling instead of selling for a billion ex. I really don't want to fuck this up, becuase if I fail the attempt then I basically wasted enough dosh to pretty much guarantee my six link, which gets me through the guardians.

Ok, since i am Chaos Incinerate, which one is better to scale Incinerate, Flameblast, Scorch Ray and Firestorm - one at the top or one at the bottow (red circle).

One gives 55% Fire dmg, other 54% Chaos dmg. Which is better for efficient conversion?

I also have Abyssal Cry, Wither and that ascendancy passive that explodes enemies for chaos dmg.

I kinda feel that it does not matter that much, but i can be wrong.

i have another option: dual Obliteration Blade Vortex CoC Bladefall/Ethereal Knives.
