Draius might be meh with pure Dracos, but he makes bringing out VFD a breeze if he is destroyed by a Kings effect after being tribute summoned. Kinda fitting that the Amorphage guy works as a double agent for the Wyrms.

Like I said, it's pure Dracos. They don't really go into the extra deck much at all aside from VFD and Enterblathnir, so it's mostly just whatever. That's why the Neo Tachyon meme is in there.

All the Kings are at 3, including Agnimazud, because you want them ASAP and preferably as many as you can manage. That's pretty standard, and hitting 3200 ATK with Diagram up is pretty relevant. Since I run a lot of Dracos, his retrieval effect is actually useful on occasion. That said, I could definitely stand to change up the main deck for more efficiency.

Okay, so you open with Draius+a S/T without using Diagram, so you use the S/T and summon Draius, pop Draius to search Bahrastos, summon another Bahrastos, summon Bahrastos by popping whatever and the one on your field, then make VFD.

Given a hand like that, I'd probably not go super fucking hard minus just to get VFD out, especially at risk of Kaiju-ing. I'd play the resource game, fill up my grave to start spamming Revival for free plusses every turn, and maybe use one of the traps in order to disrupt + summon Draius on my opponent's turn instead.

More Kings = more copies that can blow each other up. If you open 3 Kings and at least one of them can activate its effect, you're usually in a very good position. On rare occasion you'll draw absolutely no usable attributes, but it doesn't happen often.

I think you're forgetting that the deck is not just the Kings, it's also True Dracos which serve as additional sacrifices for the Kings if you need them that badly, on top of the monsters doing most of your legwork.

Diagram is fine without Kings, since you can also blow up your spells/traps and trigger their destruction effects, but it's less than optimal. Not any less optimal than using it on Agnimazud/Lithosazim first turn, anyway, which is why I can understand where you're coming from.
