Look grab that 1h weapon that's just barely worse than your 2h and put on a nice shield. Go get the turtle back in WC if you're low lvl, beyond that 700+ armor shields drop like copper.
This will likely be a 50-75% increase on your overall armor, allowing you to basically be untouchable when grinding on mobs your lvl or less.

Throwing you keyboard after you die to 2 mobs. Does a sense of dread fill you when you see a caster mob?
No problem, ditch the meme 2h and get a shield.

I have +10 crit with axes, so use Executioner's Cleaver wiht +7 wep dmg. This is my only character; I just have a bit of gold. I can take on 2 mobs at once for 2 separate pulls before having to eat, or can take on 6 or so regular 1 mob pulls before having to bandage or eat. I can 4 shot mobs if I crit 3 times (which actually happens a noticeable amount).

Pre40 warrior is pure suffering so honestly do whatever you can to get past it.

ask yourself, does enh or ele shaman bring anything to the raid that no other spec does? while dealing hybrid tier damage compared to another pure dps spec?

The reality is most guilds struggle to evne get 40 faggots online at the same time, they'll usually take what they can just to fill the raid as long as they're attuned and bring consumables and fire resist gear.

If you have BiS and get a load of epics and what not, they'll keep bringing you to higher level content anyways, worst chase scenario you'll build up and offspec with raid leftovers and respec to resto.

Trust me, if you're not in a tryhard progression guild right now, you won't get in one, and even if you get in there it's unlikely they'll give you loot first hand, you'll be raiding for weeks or maybe months before they even give you anything. So play whatever you find interesting, join a not so tryhard guild, get some skillz and show them you're not bottom tier garbage, and you'll keep getting loot and being worth a shit wit whatever spec you want.

I feel you. I started on Kirin Tor in vanilla which only had a community in Goldshire and one chat channel, so I went to Moon Guard when that opened. I'd say it peaked during Wrath and the early days of Cata, but a lot of large server-wide events revealed just how petty and irrational a lot of people were and it was just a slow decline afterwards. I was envying the smaller servers at the time, but WRA seemed like it had similar problems. Anecdotally I think people started taking way too much influence from big fantasy releases like Dragon Age and Game of Thrones at the time.

Anyways, I haven't heard any talk of an RP scene here. Maybe there's something on the Elysium forums but I haven't gone through them.

In fantasy world I rather bring a resto shaman and a warrior with nightfall, instead of an enhancement shaman. In reality world, you don't get to pick your fantasy miracle roster, if you have a super decked shaman that's always online and has been raiding for months, knows the fights and is nice to have around, he'll probably get to raid with you. If your guild is super mega tryhard, and everyone knows their shit, they're always on time, you're never missing a single person, and everyone is super MLG hardcore sponsored queers, then we wouldn't be having this conversation and you already would know the answers to everything, or at least would know how to get the real answers more easily, but clearly you're not there, so stop thinking like you're in one and just deal with the fact that enh shaman is subpar, but viable with some conditions applied, and even if it was some miracle snowflake you probably won't be that faggot unless you make the guild yourself or the guild is sort of scrubby and friendly.
