They could've make his Instant Kill much more valueable, simply by making it unaffected by other effect.
For example give his overcharge an Instant Kill of 20% that doesn't affected by anything and bypasses everything, he will always have 20% chance to kill anything with his NP, including servant enemies. Now Instant Kill isn't such a meme anymore, making a team so he can spam NP might be a thing.

It should be pretty apparent that Misora is a very different sort of person than the discordfags.

Discordfags have a very sekrit club mentality despite the fact that they went and spammed their invite link everywhere in the threads for a while (perhaps BECAUSE of the fact that they did, and it was meet with hostility), and they clearly hold a lot of hostility, contempt, and even spite for the thread. Hence their attempts at coordinated shitposting.

Misora's just a bit of an attentionwhore, and even then not even close to the level that the braindamaged Nerofag was. He tried to bring what he saw as something positive to the thread (whether it was actually something positive is both debatable and completely beside the point), and more importantly when it became clear to him that his behavior was beginning to derail threads, he cut down on it a lot. It's pretty clear to me that he had good intentions, and is self-aware enough to be able to recognize when his actions end up running counter to those intentions.
