I'll assume this is only within the ENB settings, so I will only talk about things accessible through the in game ENB GUI.

Anti Aliasing is accessed through the enblocal window. All can be toggled in game except for Subpixel AA, which you must do manually out of game.

If your ENB AA is active but it's still more jagged than usual, make sure you didn't turn your Sharpening too high. Many ENB presets have Sharpening settings in the effect.txt window. You must first turn on the Shaders window via the enbseries one before getting to it. Play with those sharpening settings and get it somewhere nice for your resolution. Too high and you'll quickly be surrounded by jagged edges, so be careful.

AO is in the enbseries window, under SSAO/SSIL. Here you can adjust quality, intensity, accuracy, etc. Reference other ENBs that have SSAO you like for settings, or play with them yourself. The Scale settings greatly effects performance, so I'd recommend first starting by using Supersampling (must be activate manually before starting the game) before raising the scale too high. It has better performance than a high scale and looks good.

There's only a couple things that affect distant detail directly. Fog and depth of field affect it by applying things over it, but Lod Bias (enblocal window) greatly changes the quality of distant textures, so toggle that off if you were playing with it. Negative values makes textures crisper at a higher distance, but it looks pretty shit to me so I just leave it off.
