They raved about their new "Anathema" core all the way up until initial release, then literally just released fucking stock mangos with the same standard bugs mangos has. On "Anathema" core everything post level 50 was broken and half of the spells in the game didn't work. This all by the same devs who did Valk, which was stuck on BWL for literally 8 fucking years with no AQ.

Old Nost is now literally never getting AQ and all the fresh servers will dwindle and die the same way, if they even manage to make it to BWL without falling apart.

I've made a 19 twink hunter before back on vanilla retail. It was quite fun. The most popular are Rogues, Warriors, Hunters, but there's no real reason you can't make a twink out of pretty much any class.

It can be expensive if the BiS weapon is a BoE blue, but other than that you'll just need to be careful to not overlevel, pay people to run you through DM/WC as needed, get agi+15/crusader/whatever enchants, then either get engineering skill up to 150 for flying tiger goggles, or take part in fishing tournaments nonstop for the hat. Oh, and do the DM/Stocks quest chain for Seal of Wrynn.

idk if it's possible to use the ZG enchants on head/leg pieces as a lowbie, but it would be a real pain in the ass to get them either way. Extremely expensive and time-consuming.

If you want to be sure to not fuck it up, then explore zones you may need to go to while you're still low level so you don't accidentally ding 20.

This at 40. You can ditch Amplify Curse for another point in Improved Drain Life. Get your imp out, keep him on passive. If he's passive he won't attack which means he won't get into combat. He has a really high mana regen out of combat. Then you steal his mana with dark pact. Basically, he's your mana battery. Put dots on mob, drain until it dies.

This at 60. Demonic sacrifice voidwalker for hp regen. That coupled with siphon life and drain life means you can multi dot mobs. Constant grinding, no downtime.
