Not really, gameplay isn't completely canon, and the PQs sure as hell aren't, given how many inconsistencies there are.
The game puts ~RoF Goku on the same level as CaC going by cut-scenes. Saiyan CaC would be strong as fuck if he got SSGSS though.
At best, CaC is as powerful as it needs to be.

Sorry, looks like I was mistaken. I was looking to make the shoryuken move work and they mentioned you needed a hard knockdown for it and ended up making a video demonstrating fridge hard knockdowns, but it hits them too far away to use the move afterward. Also, you have to hit from the back for it. Here's that:

As for the shoryuken "tech", it's probably stuff you already know about. The only specific one is that you can chain two shoryus together into a rocket tackle with forward cancelling, but it seems like once the move hits it could be pretty good at chaining into other supers with forward cancelling in general. Problem is making it hit! It's so satisfying when it does though, I have to try making it work. I'll probably be using that paralysis ki blast stamina break he shows off on his channel for it.

When I started out, all I had was my mouse and a basic drawing program - nothing else. No layers, no way to even enable the utter bs which is tracing. I simply practiced everyday until I decided to upgrade to my very first tablet. That was also around the same time I started using stuff like SAI, at that point I already could draw my favorite characters without any references at all. I'm sure you could get something better for gaming at a similar price, you really don't want the stutter that comes from more than 2 characters being in a fight, especially if you're going to have to do the story, PQ's and shit again.

It feels like it dips framerate all the time, even if I set it down to 30 FPS. I didn't really get this laptop with gaming in mind. I'm the most computer illiterate person so I don't know if it would or not for a slightly more expensive version of this one.
