1000 yard stare, LDR 5001 and the Longbow Synthesis are among the best PVP snipers. You'll want to get one with the Shortgaze scope and Hidden hand for low zoom and high aim assist, then after that look for handling like from Quickdraw, like mine here. You could try going into the options and in he advanced sensitivity settings there's an aiming mode option that lets you switch between dual zone and I think exponential ramp. Dual zone aims really fast when you push the stick all the way to the edge for fast turning, and exponential ram is whatever it is but I know it was the default aiming method.

Mostly misunderstanding. It was originally supposed to be an IB-like event for PVE, with available legendary gear rotating every month, people were really unhappy they could only get two pieces, thinking it was a bug.
It was also the limited variety, the primary means of obtaining gear outside of the three daily bounties was doing the Queen's wrath playlist, which basically contained select missions which strike-like modifiers applied to them randomly, the problem was there were only two missions in rotation.
So combination of people whining the missions were too repetitive and too hard considering they pretty much only dropped a helmet or a sniper caused a huge amount of negative feedback causing bungie to put it on hold, they officially said they were "Putting it back in the oven until they could restructure it to something that was more enjoyable" but considering D2 is less than a year away, I'd say they burned the oven along with anything inside it.

The entire room is in the shape of the Destiny symbol (Tricorn). The back, left and right areas make up the "Y" and Aksis' platform is the "0"
If you look at the environment of the area, you can see Fallen technology on the left and Warmind (Human) tech on the right. Aksis being in the middle symbolizes that he is the centerpiece or culmination of Fallen and Human technology being used together.
If you spell Aksis backwards, you get Siska, which sounds awfully similar to Shiska, one of the first Bungie.net moderators.

The Books of Sorrow are probably the generic answer, but the only good bit of lore in Rise of Iron is also my favorite bit.
The Siva fragments are mostly boring and incredibly short at 2-3 sentences long, but the Fallen ones (which are almost definitely from Aksis's perspective considering the code in them each has an AK in it) are really interesting.
I'm still unsure if Aksis was commenting simply on him experiencing a sort of philosophical disconnect from his body due to the prior instance of him having essentially committed suicide in order to become the Archon Prime, or if it was more literal and something else was controlling him.

Haven't we had the leak for six months now, saying that D2 will be a reboot because the man game, even though it was a commercial success, it flopped pretty hard with the playerbase, so they rebuilt the engine from the scratch, which ended up changing mechanics and all that "under the hood" shit so they had to get us down to nothing. That was always the plan, people have presumed we get to carry over shaders and emblems. Personally I thought they might do something similar to FFXIV, where the characters brought over from a previous version to distinguish them from freshly made D2 characters, so in XIV it was a tattoo, i'm thinking in D2 it'll probably be some kind of permanent buff or some visual shit. But yeah, its been presumed for a while that we'll have to start fresh with D2.
The last event in Destiny 1 will probably be a story mission where your character gets super damaged or corrupted by darkness or some shit, basically making it lore-friendly that you don't carry anything over. IF they feel generous maybe all our weapons and armors and shit get converted to materials during the transit but probably we're starting from nothing with nothing.
