Same applies to the judge which ends in judges being affraid of finishing a case because they don't want to cuck the wit2 or the masterplan of the final boss.

To be honest, if the defense found nothing at the first witness or can't come with anything to progress the case in a long time then case should end instead of taking 10 hours to end in a guilty anyway or with witness who confesses for not good reason.

Fuck off, I say this as someone who mainly plays witness and defense. If the Defense can't give a reason to continue the case it's a fucking guilty, it's better than dragging it on into an 8 hour guilty. This recent phobia of actually just GUILTY'ing cases is ridiculous and leads to 8-hour shitshows that end with either mistrial or a bullshit asspull confession.

My problem with the case was that it looked horribly predictable.

Especially when I was asked to leave Alba slot open, or when there was "untraceable call because reasons"

Balance between being harsh and lenient is hard desu.
Of course I can't say if they are actually trying when most judges I see either never touch the penalty bar even when necessary or scare the defense of doing anything for penalizing even bantz.
