The only thing they need to do to fix it is split the center region into three outer and one inner portion, make the mobs there really high level so it's purely meant for endgame players and make it that you can only assault the centermost region if you hold 2/3 of the outer regions. As long as you hold the center region, all battles for all members of your faction earn you bonus points. This would encourage people to still fight it out with each other but discourage taking cities so they can remain safe zones for new players/losing teams to grind in.

the point isn't to synergize perfectly, it's to deal as much damage as possible. clarisse's armor break is 25% which means you're still missing 5% armor debuff. If you feel like you don't need that 5%, then use arrow rain, but it's simpler just not pressing her skill unless your armor break fails.

Also, since you're not using yuel, and you don't have data and fire healing sucks, rotating ghanda and anthuria threat is better than using agielba or heles who both have even shittier synergy with anthuria. just use Ghanda's skills 1 turn after you buff anthurias.
