This month's Guild War looks not so promising for /gbfg/ guilds. Many of /gbfg/ guild members left their guilds, among which is Atelier (418206), who, despite had great result during last Guild War, suffered from leadership crisis and had lots of their members left. Even /gbfg/ flagship, Lumiere1 (currently under name LeSCa, 388489), at this time is still at 29/30. Some of these guilds are scrambling through Discords and Proboards forum just to complete their lineup. This raises some concerns whether they can fight for Guild War.

The guild leadership is currently held by Dino (104063), a GBF veteran who excels at element dark. It is rumored that Zannett is considering returning back to Radiance, but there's no confirmation so far from Xiei, Radiance's Guild Master, and Zannett himself.

S tier is the bare minimum to be usable, but they're still shit compared to what you would want to be running - which is SS tier characters. Dark and Light can make teams out of only SS or higher tier characters and have generally better characters than anyone in the other tiers.

Just because the other elements have mostly shitters doesn't mean they're desirable - you use them because you have to. I mean consider that Esser is only there to be in the backline and fire only has 2 SS tier characters in reality.

Clarity. Veil won't prevent self-inflicted debuffs.

Though all in all, I will tell you that I personally love running both clarity and veil on some fights as a Sage. Veil is for my personal use for bosses who try to inflict multitude of debuffs, while clarity is good for both clearing Ferry and helping out others in raid who have less or no Veil machines.
