Won against two DShift, one Nep, one Daria, one Dirt, one Bats, and a Roach. The loss was to an aggro shadow because they were too damn sticky and also because I bricked hard and drew into both the Wild Hunts I was teching in as a temporary replacement for not having 3x Date together with no pings.

Closest games were the Dirt where I topdecked Forte to barely finish them off with an empty hand (though that wouldn't have happened if I played just a bit more aggressively and evolved an Ivory Dragon to get lethal a turn earlier) and Daria where they shat out a full board on turn 5 but I aggressed them enough early to close them out with two Forte in a row before they could do much with it.

Yeah if Daria shits out a full board, the only answer to that really is a Salamanders Breath and hope you have a Siegfried for the bigger guys. I find that if your opening hand is good and you have a gameplan (or if you're going second and will draw extra cards) it's OK to keep a Salamander's breath in your first mulligan. Against other matchups I wouldn't recommend it but Daria is a special case.

While the board clears do hit Otohime hard, if you think that's the primary reason Otohime is out of fashion right now, you have a fundamental misunderstanding.

It's mostly because the meta shifted to a much more polarized state where everything is aggro or control because midrange and tempo based decks can neither outvalue Daria nor the control decks that have come into fashion to counter her.
