Give her a brand new ultimate. Cap rend damage vs creeps so it can NEVER "outsmite" a smite summoner spell at any stage of the game. Remove W passive and her dependency on a support.

Vayne

remove her ridiculous modifiers.Make her kit most effective against mages rather than tanks. remove % max hp true damage and replace with % current hp true damage + X% of targets current ability power.

Jinx

Give her a niche in anti-tower demolition ala Ziggs. rework Pow-Pow and fishbones by copying some of the mechanics from SAW's kit (Vainglory)

Varus
New W passive because Varus is a keep-away champion who hardly ever wants to get in auto range anyway.

Tristana

remove her ability to put demolition charges on buildings. Remove her draw a bead passive. Give her a new passive allowing her AOE radius's to grow with champion level.Give Buster shot a AOE explosion upon reaching the end destination. Give her a new Q that makes her next X shots explode for AOE magic damage.

Caitlyn

Rework headshot mechanic and make it not tied to attack speed but rather to well timed/placed usage of abilities. Increase Ace in the Hole's potency against certain targets (make it an execute or give it bonus armor penetration). Tanks should have to think twice before they step in front to block it.

Ezreal

Give him a new W....yeah thats pretty much it.

With the amount of sustain available these days there is pretty much no real counters in botlane.
It's all in the supports match ups what decides the laning. Sona is pretty straight forward counter to Vayne with her strong auto target poke that Vayne can't deny or counter harass.

The bonus true damage applies only at max rank. Are you a fucking idiot? And as I said I tested it in a game where I got REALLY fed and it was barely noticeable. And every Syndra player I know said that getting 7 spheres ult before 6.9 was really hard and unpractical most of the times because it required at least a ~15 seconds setup. With the new Q passive the setup has been reduced to 10 seconds or something, but that doesn't change the fact that 7 spheres ult aren't gonna be the norm anymore, which makes it a huge nerf, ignoring the fucking aoe threat she was with the old W passive.
