should I just build failstacks with the armor I'm using right now? it's heve + zereth shoes. I don't really see a point for not doing that, maby it's a bit more expensive than reblath armor, but I get better armor as I don't even have +15 yet

both of those accessories you don't need, yes. you can sell them for considerable cash (make sure you have value pack on when doing so) and improve the rest of your gear. a tri bares necklace will replace the ap from ogre easily, while costing about 20 times less, if not more

the ring you can easily replace with a duo/tri ring of good deeds, super cheap. or even a duo/tri red coral ring for a little extra DP

you can then put the rest of your money into enchanting your heve, or better yet, just buying +15 straight from the marketplace.

desu i'm not aware of ranger playstyle entirely, i know they become a mix of melee and range later on but what i'd do is try to get a +15 heve helm and armor, ulting them, then try getting to atleast duo. stick with the +5 gloves and boots, no need to waste too much cash on that. the idea is that heve helm and armor, combined with muskan shoes and bheg (boss boots and gloves) is consider "endgame" set

you should also have some left over cash for when you get your awakening. i'd advice getting a green awakening weapon to +15 for starters, which shouldn't be too hard.

and lastly, for earrings and belt, i'd suggest red coral earrings for the extra accuracy. they can get to be quite expensive but are worth it in my opinion. for belt, just get something with AP. ancient weapon, shultz, whatever

Content patches are slow, the game is severely lacking behind KR. Game masters have many times shown that they know nothing about this game and basically all online communities (4chan, neocuck, plebbit, discords, twitch, youtube content) are on an all time low, no new content is being made, the amount of OC(guides, as example) of the game is hilariously low and e ven games like DFO have more people doing that shit.

So all in all, after all consideration, server merges, AFK fishers and renaming of daum, we can say this game is on the brink of death.

Id say at the end of 2017 EU and NA will be merged and another year at max until PA closes the servers.

After actually playing around with BDO's character creator, I'm not actually as enthused with it as I was when I first saw the screenshots for it. There's major limits to how much you can actually alter a given face type, and certain shapes and features seem to be impossible to get.

As an example, Jetstream Sam has fairly pronounced cheekbones. BDO's character creator gives me a fair bit of control over how pronounced the cheekbones are on the sides of the face, but I have no control over how pronounced they are from the front of the face, leaving me stuck with the shallow lower eye orbits seen in the second and third image.

Also, no matter what features I try to change, I can't make the guy not look at least partially asian. This isn't a problem when making Jetstream Sam, but if I were trying to make someone else it would be.

I dunno. They let you do a lot with what they give you, but the base face types themselves aren't very malleable.
