My personal choice would be Makoa

Looking at who you've played the most of, I'd recommend Evie, Buck (play similar to Androxus but with Evie being more mobile and Buck being more tanky), Maldamba (sits somewhere between Ying and Pip) and Ruckus (an immobile, less accurate but much harder to kill viktor)

Throw lots of points in Giga siphon and Rapid sustain for 4 seconds of near invincibility every time you use recovery
Also, his shotgun has a painfully slow reload time so either get speed loader and/or deft hands or make sure you're fully loaded before you try and take somebody on

Buck obviously has shell based reloading so you can cancel reloading any time and start shooting but Deft Hands might be useful.

His reload speed is pretty slow and you will get a lot of use out of his abilities and ult so deft hands, morale boost and chronos are all good choices on him.

He also works well with cauterize if you want to bully support players or illuminate if you want to ruin a Skye players day.

For cards, reload at max, balance stuff accordingly for yourself for jump strength, distance, reset stuff on kills like net and jump for example.. Dont go the regen path, take net as well if you want
For items, i usually just take deft hands for insane reloads, its too good to pass, haven/blast shield when needed, for yellow nimble is quite nice sometimes but usually horse speed is the best for me and green take health on elims

Shooting his spitball while it's in midair does a lot of damage with a large aoe. Besides that all you can do is exploit blindspots and focus on larger targets.
