Jhin, Warwick, PROJECT and Ekko regarding to the last 2 years.

Elementalist Lux had potential but it was just handled in such a lackluster way while Lux herself looked awful and had some horrible uncanny valley effect going on with her face.

Star Guardians was okay but the fuckawful sped-up song ruined it. There's a slowed-down version of the song somewhere on youtube and it sounds significantly better. Riot should've used that. But regardless it was still pretty forgettable, just like the Lux cinematic.

Talia's was interesting and I really liked the style, but it was way too short for its worth.

A New Dawn, A Twist of Fate and Get Jinxed are still their best/most iconic ones to this day though.

I am a new player and really want to learn jungle but the problem is I am not even lvl 30 so I can't even get all ruins. I feel that Jungle is the most dependent on good ruins because if you don't have correct set up then jungling during early level is hard.
