Right now the only turn I can work on is A9S since my static is still progging A10S.

It's good that you have your priorities straight, definitely focus on keeping people up instead of your own DPS during progression.

I wanna note that, especially for healers you need to be careful when comparing parses on fflogs. Your numbers will depend on your gear, your group composition, how good the rest of your group is, (did anybody stand in lava today) etc. etc. I'll note that generally people pay attention to DPS, not damage done. Damage done would go up for slower groups that let more adds spawn.

I guess I'd say to aim for 75th percentile to start, should be doable with some effort even if you're a bit undergeared and your group doesn't kill particularly quickly. I'm not sure how far off from that you are, but really, the main thing is to just focus on doing better each week. Do that until you hit 75th, and then keep at it to see how far you can go.

And yeah, healing percentile doesn't matter. Its just comparing how much hp you heal compared to other WHMs.

How much damage you can do depends almost entirely on the rest of your group. There's not some arbitrary number that you "should" get because there's too many variables. Group comp, clear time, gear, your co healer, how much time your tanks spend in stance, whether anyone dies, all of that stuff goes into fflogs rankings. Instead of being a slave to that, just keep doing your best. If you want to see what other people do, try to find speedclear videos or other things with a high DPS WHM from their PoV and watch what they cast.
