Welp this is the third time I got long loading screen glitch, but this time I actually tried to fix it, I went to go up to a floor from the waiting room elevator but it was inifinte loading not even showing the escaltor part just on the floor select screen, so I thought to disconnect from the internet, it worked and I was able to walk around, connected back and tried to go up again but the same thing happened, DC'd again and reconnected to be able to walk around fine in the waiting room, exited to main menu and loaded back, haterfied. Yeah I'll wait for the bug fixes.

The life shroom heals you to half as soon as you die, but gives you no invincibility. You died because the damage was so great, the lifeshroom wasn't enough. The iron does multiple shots of damage per strike, so it makes sense.

First time I actually cheesed a boss, and it ended just as the slowmungos went off, I ate everything the moment crowley spawned on scream starting by the stingshroom.

Other than glitches, you'll need to fight U-10, and sometimes COEN. Nitada sometimes allows you to escape to the elevator first. So go after U-10, then see if Nitada's elevator is open without the boss.

I don't get what people's problem is with U-10. You can dodge literally everything she does by just sprinting left or right while not being in melee range, and almost every move she does gives you an opening to attack.

Like her flying kick - sprint right, then turn around and attack at her - you'll hit her weak spot and recover in time to dodge the next move.

JIN-DIE I find to be much worse because very few of her attacks have real weaknesses. You get close to her and she can't hit you, but she can also move whenever she wants, she only has two moves that offer real 100% vulnerable times - her puke beam, and reloading heads into her torso, and waiting for those just to be sure you can attack her safely is kind of shitty.

Sure you can run through her barrage and hit her 95% of the time, it's just annoying that if luck doesn't go your way, she can just slide away from anything, and then attack simultaneously and hit you.

She's not hard since she doesn't instantly kill you in those situations, but I find that not having a skill-based and actual guaranteed method to hit her for a majority of the fight like U-10 kinda makes her a worse boss than the others.

Yeah if she's teleporting while close to you, and to somewhere you can reach, instead of just teleporting from upper area to upper area repeatedly.

This stuff very, VERY rarely happens, it's just annoying that it can happen - that if her AI was actually acting perfectly, she'd be unkillable by anything but ranged weapons, which she's absurdly resistant to.

Yep, and that's my only problem with her, that she's incredibly RNG based. Dealing with all her attacks is easy/interesting, but then there's the possibility that she just wastes minutes at a time by fucking around up top where you can't reach her, or rewarding you closing in to melee with her by just casually sliding away and hitting you instead of actually letting you get a hit, maybe knocking you down and then teleporting up top to waste more time.

U-10, GOTO, and COEN do not have attacks or phases that aren't punishable. GOTO's AI doesn't allow him to just stand still in the middle of a puke puddle, and even if he did you could still shoot him for fine damage. Even U-10's laser has an opening to attack her back, even though it's small.

There are many attacks that you have to dodge by maintaining your distance and running sideways for, because they track you perfectly while aiming/charging, but the startup/travel time of the attack lets you get out of the way when it actually begins as they stop tracking you.

I do agree that there should be a turn speed limit on bosses like U-10/JIN-DIE so staying close is more viable, but for now it's just something you have to be aware of and work around. JIN-DIE 16 is honestly the hardest one to legitimately fight just because you have less room to work with.

A fix would be lowering how fast she can spin on her axis.

The good news is that he's weak to blunt, and Motor Psycho screamers are incredibly common on F31+, so with any luck you should be able to scavenge a few and have those carry you since they can tear him up

I don't have all of them listed down quite accurately in the spreadsheet, but Yatsuo > Wakaba escalator doesn't exist on rotations 2/4, and Koshi-Tagawa doesn't exist on rotation 4. There's probably other quirks like that, but I haven't noticed them.

I've been starting to note tile and material count, and I've been noticing that pretty much every floor has a pre-determined set of tiles along with some fixed connections, your example of Echizen-Jima is one of them. The boss tile is always connected to the elevator connector tile, or Akami has a predetermined entry tile affixed to the elevator connector, which on the other side has the deep railway area. Then that area has two exits, one exit is always the upwards escalator that's not Kawabe (varies by rotation), and then the other has the fire breathing dinosaur and the deep pond tile, but their order are random.

Yatsuo always has just one main tile, the building with one exit on the bottom, and two exits on top - but the connectors to the elevator/escalators are all fully randomized. I've seen Mitsuba be on the same branching connector that leads to the elevator, right across the top of the building, or down, etc etc, it's especially annoying today because both up escalators are blue.

Ultra frames are the frames that repel attacks while maintaining I-frames as well. With an unupgraded iron, you can still get damaged if you whiff it. You could parry away from the enemy and still get a parry off if they hit you during an ultra-frame.

All of those mats sans the black metal are from secret shop. But he also adds in the special maps that spawn chemo/iron too on his route iirc.

Haratsuka shop route is super fucking easy and can take you a few minutes, but the Uchinobu route is painfully boring and more time consuming. Times that by 30 (or 20-25 if you're doing his route) and you have the mats to craft the scythe just once. He's done it 4 fucking times now which is in another world of pain in terms of grind.

Best way to fight against machetes aside from guns? Them 50 haters keep getting me cause I can't quite figure out how to reliably get a good opening.

There seems to be about a 10% chance for the normal 4* spawn to be replaced by either a 5*, or a 2*, or a 3* - 2 down, 1 up - you're most likely to see the 4*, next likely to see the down spawns because there's two of them, then the rarest would be a 5*, your ultra-pure iron, chemo-synth oil, mahogany, oxygen-free copper, aluminum alloy 7075.

I still hit the shop hourly to get Iron as well.

Essentially the two tiles are the one with the lightning trap and the flat billboard that three screamers climb up when you approach, and the tile with the trap alley.

With the trap alley if the orientation puts me at the bottom and the other tile isn't beyond it, I check the map (using treasure hunter) to see if the material right at the top of the ramp is even there, and if not I just check the side area and leave without triggering the trap - elsewise I run up with a strong katana and kill the possible hater/screamer as fast as I can so I don't get fucked.

Pretty much all enemies but the trap alley are ignorable, assuming you're okay with maybe tanking a few hits while picking something up, or if you bring a motor psycho you could just fuck right off past everything whenever you run into trouble. For me I just kill stuff if it gets in my way, but mostly keep moving.

It's the loading screens that take a shitload of time. One for elevator up, then up to Mitsuba, then down to Yatsuo, then another for elevator down. 4 loading screens for 5 potential chemo-synth, at a rate of roughly 10%, so generally 8 fucking loading screens per one chemo-synth. I can't recommend this grind to anyone not on the spectrum.

Yeah Nakasaki is pretty much the go-to. It's iron specialized, has an elevator, 3 tiles, 6 material spawns, 13 enemies. Only 2 loading screens for 6 material spawns, it's a good deal.

That or Koshi-Yama / Wakaba for the red trap room chests - both of those floors are iron specialized so you can multi-task.

Blueprints from 1-10 are tier 1 then go to tier 2 then tier 4.
Blueprints from 11-20 are tier 2 then go to tier 3 then tier 4.
Blueprints from 21-40 are tier 3, then go to tier 4 then tier 5.

So when do you get to access the Tier 5 fighters? just went in and sacrifised a naked fighter to see if just starting and losing the fight without getting past the first few enemies did it but it doesn't look like it. i remember just hitting the 20th floor and starting jackson's did it for me but this is just confusing. does the game give you the option if it sees you're struggling too fucking hard just getting to the boss with the fighters you have at the moment? cause it took me a hell of a lot longer to get to jackson and kill him than it took me to reach crowley's area oddly enough. well that and the fact that every time i farm the black metals i've gotten what i needed without exception.
