Pretty much just do everything you can to raise rep with both of them, but favoring Veil so that you get Meridian rep quicker. You'll need to be at the highest rep rank to get the frame augments anyway.

Easiest way is just do as many syndicate missions as you can, make sure you find as many pickups in the levels as possible and have a Red Veil sigil on so that you can get the daily rep from that while you're doing everything else. Syndicate missions and marks don't use up your daily rep allowance, so you don't need to make sure you do them first thing or anything to stop yourself from "wasting" rep gains.

The frames are basically infested. Either humans that got infested or possibly bio-engineered from the ground up with the infestation present in them. How much sentience they have is debatable, considering how your frame basically shuts down when you aren't directly controlling it.

Corrosive is usually best due to their armor.

thats a problem with warframes host system. i think the user hosted conclave servers are a step in the right direction, this should be further optimized and used for the relays and later on solar rails? too. i dont think classic missions will ever be hosted server side, and i kinda like that too. i like playing solo with 0 ping and the ability to pause.
