I'm almost done with the KgK FD.
Writing and art are still great, but the episodic set up just doesn't work for me and the after stories are absolutely unnecessary. I enjoyed reading the childhood memories, the stories for the sub charas and the shenanigan stories, tho.

I just don't know how to feel about it.
If you're really attached to some of the boys, I guess it's worth spending money on, but it's definitely not something you absolutely have to read.

I've been thinking on this a while now, but Ishida hasn't actually been in that many BLCDs, has he? All the stuff he did was from a long, long time ago, and was either not that popular from the start or died out over time, but for some reason he's cemented in my mind as the lewdest of the lewd. Is this just because of how he sounds in just about any role he does, regardless of the character? Is it just how his voice is?

Perhaps I should just remedy this with the BWS port when it comes out.

Were you able to recall when you installed so you can tell them you started participation at x event and maybe even obtained special event items? They'll also be able to see your stories. Tell them which major story you didn't read yet, DCT level most completed, gift bonuses. Anything and everything you can remember. Be persistent, Anon. That stuff might seem small, but I'm a Subarufag and my account would show it with those personal details.

The Amemakura series worked well for me too. I alternate it with hypnolife's zero mimikaki audio. As for the hitsuji de oyasumi series, I've only listened to Wakamoto's hilarious volume. I recommend listening to it if you want to stay up late.

Beat my first route, a pretty short game.

As some anon said before, it's nice that the game is episodic and short enough. You could just play a few episodes (one has about 5-7 mins) as a break between your other games.
Ruki is my favourite, so I wouldn't regret going into it if I were you. I love the Mukami bros' antics in general. Just don't expect too much, the story is still a clusterfuck.

I enjoyed Ruki's route. Sakurai's voice is amazing.
I think my favorite situation was when you make pancakes for Yuma and he gets jealous. And the way he tells you is indirect like, "do you think I'm in a good mood or bad mood? Why do you think that is?" Like, he wants you to come up with the conclusion on your own in a logical way. It's so damn cute.
And I also like the Mukami family. It's really refreshing seeing brothers get along with each other.

I almost forgot that scene, thanks for reminding me. I guess the confession scene at the very end overshadowed everything else for me. I didn't expect Ruki to be so sweet. The same goes for the scenes when they were sleeping together.

You can start with MB just fine. Whatever (minimal) character develepment there was in the first game is pretty much reseted anyway, so you won't be missing on anything. Maybe just look up on vndb or somewhere the sub-charas so you know the parents of the boys.
More Blood is much superior to the first game in terms of character development, hope you'll enjoy it.
