Last time I crafted 2 Bahamuts for Control Sword and they've been working out decently well, saved my ass a few times.

The recent arrival of a long awaited enemy has sown more butthurt across the nation than initially thought. While the corpse flinging death gods enjoy the occasional company of lurching corpses and thighassassins, are they more eager to bolster themselves with kawaii barriers and eternal Jews. That, on the other hand, creates multiple fronts for the army, stretching itself thin in the process.

But there is hope, even though the army faces a two front war.

On the left you find rare footage from a decisive battle against the Nut gods that let's you observe the opponent's exhaustion.

As you can see reached the opposing army its breaking point. They completely ignored the Nut and withdrew from battle with the Nut's arrival after the two previous ones had thrown allies at an alarming rate towards the army, basically depleting their own resources.

Further have we been informed by the Ministry of Defence that the army achieved its first victory on the front lines against the Charles Barkleys of death with new found strategies it had cultivated after examining the footage.

We have yet to see if it's a turning point or a fluke. We will keep you posted on the army's performance.

Leonidas is a bit slow imo. He's fun when he does work, but he comes online at turn 10 earliest and if the amulet is destroyed you've wasted a bunch of time. I haven't run him in RoB but with Bahamut existing I can't imagine he's gotten any better

I've played enough T2 with Swordcraft to know that Ambush is a very underrated ability. I feel like the difference between a good Sword deck and a great Sword deck is having a healthy balance of situational removal and spot removal. Ambush helps you achieve that balance: it basically puts your opponent on the spot and forces them to have board removal. If they don't, then you can pretty much win the game.

If I'm playing a strictly Ambush control deck, I would remove cards all cards that don't have Ambush. Cards like Amelia lack the synergy that you would want and take up a 4 slot with a card like Shadowed Assassin. Shadowed Assassin in T2 has single handedly won me games just by playing it on a board with 2-3 allies (usually my opponent concedes because most T2 decks lack board wiping spells).

For ranked though it's a different story and they might be prepared for you. That's why buff spells/amulets might be a good idea. Cards like Rogue's Creed, Forge Weaponry, and Mentor's Teachings might be good for getting in extra damage and beefing up your allies.

Again, I don't play ranked and I'm new to the game so take what I say however you wan't. I just know that Ambush can be very strong if you want to focus on that and make some substitutions in your deck.

You don't want a roach in the starting hand, it does nothing unless you get lots of nature's guidance early, so you don't end up getting it killed, and you still need to save at least 1 guidance for the combo. That's the problem with combo decks that people don't seem to get. They're usually contingent on drawing a few specific cards at specific points, and are often hard countered by particular deck types and can even be screwed by going second instead of first (or first instead of second)

like, Daria is a great card, but doesn't help as much if you draw her late, simply because you ideally want to be able to fill the board with enemies but also use any removal, etc. that you might have to help mitigate. And if your Daria isn't ready that likely means that your opponent is either outaggro-ing you or is running a control deck that is properly shutting you down and is ever closer to the win.

in general it's hard to win with a deck if you can't draw staples properly.

Been trying to make it work, although I don't have any Junos. The main problem is that there is only one card in your deck that gives you a chance to get momentum back after you've lost it, and that is calamitous ruin. Maybe professor of taboos too, but everything else is a "win more" card.

desu i found that my problem was I was playing it too aggressive which is funny considering I was like "why is this deck called tempo rune it's just an aggro deck right" and I just kept going for the face. But I watched a couple videos and it seems like generally I should be taking down followers which my own rather than racing in the early game. Which has helped my game a little bit but I still haven't been confident enough to take it into rated since forest bats has been a little more reliable for me and my skill level right and of course pretty fast to grind faster.

The enhance is good yes but it's not what make him imo. There's so many good 5-6 drops that I rarely play him over say Aurelia, Albert, Tsubaki, etc
But I keep them for versatility; the Rush is invaluable, and when the enhance trigger it's even better yes.
Latham lacks that rush, and I wouldn't use an Evo on him because there more important Evo target.
