First of all, I would make a clear distinction of what each color can do, and how much each point in each stat is actually worth(like 1% reflex is as good as 2% attack, shit like that).

After that, I would make an entire balance overhaul based on what was decided by above.

Also, implement players that are 2 colors at the same time. They can be used for monoburst as long as one of its colors matches the mono.

Make more distinction between managers. Training managers improves stats, or maybe even shit like reducing revival time by a small amount, or stating the game with more spirit.
Scout managers affects scout only, it increases chances of cards appearing, and maybe increase the amount of Club points you get for Club scout.
Money managers would only do shit related to gold, decrease costs, increase gains. Also, make it visible what managers a friend is using when checking their teams.

I would also divide the stat screen of the players into Offensive, Defensive, and Support, so its easier to check what you want to check, and also a way to add in stats that doesn't appear on that screen. Also a pause buttom, to check the field without worrying about timing for your screenshot.
