Avengers Undercover gets a lot of hate, but Zemo was great in it.

Apparently I can't bump the thread. That's fucked up.

From the premium character advertisements it seems like eligible fighters are

Mephisto: Captain Britain, A-Bomb
Kingpin: Captain Britain
Carnage: A-Bomb, Captain Britain
Ronan: A-Bomb

I would assume it's Rulk on Kingpin and Ronan to balance those out.

Normal characters who have training actions in their lists and will probably get rotated in while being as useless as Wasp, Widow, and Falcon: Iron Man, Loki, Enchantress
Event characters who have training actions in their lists and will probably get rotated in while being semi-useful like Dracula: Leddit says Union Jack and Black Knight but they're both busy for me so I can't check them

Thinking about it more, best strategy to get a cage if you're not hacking seems to be collecting as many shackles as you can and then only fighting a lot in a specific target week later on. Of course using this method you might limit the number of character crate pulls you can do. Like right now my target is Carnage's cage so I'm going to stop after 2-3 keys from the first two episodes each and see what I can get from Carnage's episode. And if it turns out Ronan actually uses A-Bomb and Rulk they'll be pretty strong by then and maybe I can get a second set of keys too. Still might not be mathematically possible to get a cage even with this planning, but right now I can't really think of a smarter way of attempting it.

Obvious risks include if they change the shackles each episode or if the bosses don't have similar health and power at similar streaks (though if it just increases exponentially we're fucked anyway)

Ah. I honestly forget, since a while back there was a hack I used that enabled me to upgrade everyone to 5. Well, not Taskmaster, his level 5 outfit kept crashing the game, luckily before it could save.

Someone on reddit asked support and they said that Bucky is still a main story early access character

I've given up on at least one, and probably two, of my four crate characters. It seems Stage 5 is the breaking point for me, so I'm just saving up keys now for Round 2.

I suspect Kingpin will be a similar story, but I'm hoping I can put up a good fight for Carnage's cell.

Logic tells me that Round 4 will allow the ABomb, Red Hulk, Captain Britain team (I sharded Cap during the British event, but I got the other two free the first time around), so I'm just keeping my training focussed on them. This plan will allow them to be near maxed out to wreck Ronan when he shows up.

Ronan, of course, is the only one of these fuckers I already have the prison cell for so it's only a race for the keys with him...

I got rental building skipping to have no charge now, so you can load up on SHIELD coins if you keep clicking the skip button. It'll carry over for all future rental buildings too, so any buildings that will drop materials can be skipped for free. Leveling up combat is free, even though it doesn't say so. One day I'll work out what the right function for that is cause I lost the old one. Any action that requires X amount of a material shows up with a free skipping window, so that's costumes, upgrades, and quest actions for free. Board quests can be skipped for free, so that's quicker than sending each character to complete the actions individually. That should cover most of the changes from the vanilla APK I think.

Tbqh even if you fuck up it's not that big of a deal. You'll pretty much be able to recover and grind pretty much everything besides the subscription characters eventually.

They are starting to get greedy though, just added a new system where you have to buy a payfag costume belonging to another character to upgrade the payfag costume on the character you actually care about. Costumes already raise the stats but the upgrades do it further. It is possible to grind the payfag currency (25 a day plus some from other things occasionally) and costumes go on sale intermittently but it's not a great mechanic and you worry about the trend. Game's still fine right now though.

Well I didn't get all the baseball bats? for Kingpins cage and now he hasn't returned to his cage, hopefully he goes back at the very end but then again I purposefully didn't pursue him that much since his animation isn't really interesting.
