2. Backstab/hemo 3 times (5 cp)

4. Blind? I don't know how much energy you'd have at this point, but presumably not a lot

What are the "required" bare essential addons for a newfag leveling up a Warlock? I've tried some packs but I always get overwhelmed with the raid aids, custom name plates/unit frames fucking up and so on but playing without seeing the enemy's HP or knowing when to exactly reapply DoT seems like it would gimp me pretty hard.

Right now I got Necrosis, OmniCC and DoTimer and Questie. Trying to get everything set up for tomorrow so I don't have to relog.

So here is the updated version.

In Silverpine Forest it's going to be impossible not to have at least 2-3 "unnecessary deaths", as well as 1-2 in the eastern part of Tristfall Glades.

It's hard to evaluate the viability of this route because people keep killing mobs around the path I'm running.

Tip:
-Wait for the mobs to turn their back to you before running past this lowers their aggro range.

-The bats in TFG has a nasty stun so if you have to aggro something aggro a dog.

-When you unavoidably pull aggro, try timing your jumping and face the mob when it hits you. You can only get dazed when hit from the back.

Also I do this as a Mage where frost armor might proc and save your ass.

Yeah unless they make the mobs instant respawn everything monster around the starting area is going to be held down by someone, early questing is literally impossible/very time consuming if it includes Kill X or loot X amount of whatever. The idea is to get to level 3 and then grind the level 5 mobs outside the quest area, but I fear those might as get camped by grouped lvl 1s.

The problem you are going to face is that grinding mobs isn't going to be easy as hundreds of other players are trying to do the same, unless they change the spawn rates to absurd high spawn rate.

After hitting level 3 you (as a caster at least) stand a decent chance at killing the lowest level (5) mobs outside the quest area alone. Though as I say this might not even be a viable strat as lvl 1's might group up and start bashing away at those as well.
