So i just finished the DRK 30-50 quest and it was fun. And i always hear that the 50-60 one is bad. But since people have played other classes and whatnot is it still really bad? Or is it merely okay and is only held back compared to the first story line?

And one final thing. I was told DRK can tank fine without using grit. But is it still perfectly fine to start a fight with it on. Go though a Power Slash rotation or AoE if a group then turn it off and go forward with the extra damage?

feast for lv 60 4man pvp, it has seasons that last for a whole patch cycle, top 100 and top 10 for both single queues and premade queues get special rewards

Of course there's tons of feedback that people don't like it, but it's a thousand variations on the same couple of salty shitters who want it to be changed because they're either idealogically opposed to doing anything besides healing on a healing class, or because they don't like that people call them bad for being too timid to turn it on due a constant state of "what if I need to heal in the next two GCDs" (bonus points if they hide this behind "It's, um... It's, it's CLUNKY! Yeah! I'm not shit! It's clunky!").

It isn't going to be removed, because it's necessary so that healers can quest.

It isn't going to be made permanent once in-combat, because that massively unbalances the game in favor of Scholar and in favor of White Mage if you made CS affect the fairy.

It isn't going to be solved by having offensive healer spells scale from Mind, because that both eliminates risk/reward from good players, and removes the only excuse that shitty players have for not doing DPS as a healer.
